It was difficult to set up so that I uninstalled. But some functions are still remaining and affecting my shop operation. I really want to remove it all. Why does the app. work in that way??? I contacted their support team, which gives me very detailed instruction. As I liked their way to provide support. I decided to reinstall this app. With live chat (help) I was able to successfully created options I needed. Thanks.
I attempted to install this AI Language Translate App. However I was not very confident of installing it by myself. But customer service agent Tom helped me so much. As a result of his great help, the app was installed. I am very pleased with his help.
