The seamless integration with Shopify themes is amazing! It made the process a lot easier without needing to go through my code and paste it, or ask for support. This a flawless system that I recommend to business owners that need contact forms that will be simple, redirect capabilities after submission, and want to get it live in less than 5 minutes. And the price compared to other services is unbeatable!
This is one of the best apps I have ever used on Shopify. This has completely transformed my site and has given me the ability to save money by not having to hire developers to build my site. I felt discouraged before this app, and I just got done redoing my entire website in a few hours, which could have taken me weeks without it. I recommend it to any entrepreneur that likes to create and edit things when they want without having to wait on anyone else!
This app is very easy to use, the customer support is fast, and it is at a GREAT price! I definitely recommend this app.

This app has a lot of potential to be one of the best on the app store. My sales have increase, but I have also had to refund over $35,000 worth of food. They promise that they integrate with other apps, but THEY NEVER WORK PROPERLY. It took over 6 months for them to try fixing an issue and they never did. Their Store pick-up and delivery by zapiet integration does not work and it has hurt my business and reputation severely. The Tidio integration also does not work. Every time I ask what's going on, they tell me to wait 1-4 weeks. I have had to constantly reach out to them for updates. Again, this app has a lot of potential if it works properly, but as of now it does not meet all of my needs and it has caused me to lose too much money.
Saves me money vs other abandon cart softwares! The fact that I am able to do SMS and email is making it more convenient than ever. I believe SMS will be the future in abandoned carts.
