SureCust Forms Builder & Locks is a game-changer for our store. The form builder is incredibly flexible, allowing us to collect the exact customer information we need — all without any coding. The locking feature is equally powerful — we've been able to restrict access to wholesale pages and special collections with ease. The user interface is clean and intuitive, and the support team is responsive and helpful. If you're looking for an app to build custom forms and control access to parts of your store, this one is a must-have. Highly recommended!

Support was very quick and helpful. They guided me how I can enable the widget and start collecting reviews. Overall completely satisfied with the app and team. Good going!

Really best app for building a loyalty program. It’s easy to set up, does what it promises, and the support team has been super responsive and helpful whenever we needed them. Definitely worth trying out.
