Poor Customer Support

Fake review from the fake store. Only installed app. Time of use: 2 minutes, Subscription activated: none, Catalogs created: 0 attempts, The store does not have a domain name, Use Gmail as an email address, No valid contact phone, No Instagram, No Facebook. Ordered by a China dev: https://apps.shopify.com/partners/ph-group-limited - reported to Shopify partner team Executor: Little Pakistani guy called 'Harry' who wrote reviews for 20$ on Fiverr. Reported to Fiverr, Payoneer, Binance, and of course Shopify partners. This guy tries to blackmail me which is already reported and I think that's the end of his business of writing fake 5 star and 1 star reviews.
Not Happy With This

While our app is not perfect, our team looked into the usage of this specific store on our app and found that there were no errors and that no catalog creation attempts were made (we log events temporarily for cases like this now). This is a malicious review left by a competing Shopify App Developer owner of "Easy Catalog: wholesale/retail" in an attempt to lower our score and ranking. The store has no usage of our real usage application and we've reported the review to the Shopify Partner team.
Navi+ is simply the best Shopify app I've used so far. It's smart and easy to start with. It's flexible and customizable, saving both time and money - a real game changer for our website
My Experience With This App Is Pretty Good Sup has helped me build my brand from the ground up. Their custom design services are excellent, and I love the variety of branding options they offer, from packagingto labeling. They've made it easy for me to create a professional and cohesive brand identity.
