Taylor RC

The app was very easy to install and setup. We have used this on two of our shopify stores and one required a small bit of configuring to get just right. Ron helped out quickly and was able to complete a collaborator request quickly and resolve implementation very fast. I would suggest this app to anyone that needs a simple solution for the European Directive 2023/2673.

We have used this app for quite a while. There was a change recently that requires a pro level tier for the emails to be sent from our own hosting. We needed some help with getting the DNS nameservers set up. We sent a message through the chat along with some screenshots and we were able to get it sorted out. Appreciate the accurate and quick help.

We needed extra steps in getting set up on our site and they were quick and responsive and able to implement the app immediately. So far the functionality is everything we need it to be.
