IEVA is a fantastic agent. She helped me resolve all my bundle issues. She was patient and communicated so clearly with me. Very knowledgeable and sent me screen shots so I could be on the same page as her. She also made sure to test my bundle to make sure it was working. Really great customer service.

I love working with Connie Jin. she has done everything possible to help me understand the app, complete fulfilment, source a product in the US and have even helped me trouble shooting tech issues. She will provide screen shots and explain each step until my store issues are fixed. I highly recommend her. Very patient, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with.

I have had a wonderful experience working with Nina, my supplier representative at Fulfiz‑Global Dropshipping & POD. She is so responsive, professional, and always willing to answer my questions. She has answered my calls on the weekends and has helped resolve every concern. I truly appreciate the reliable communication, patience, and dedication to providing excellent service. I would gladly recommend Fulfiz‑Global Dropshipping & POD to other business owners looking for a dependable supplier.
