We recently switched from a custom-built app we were using to manage our online library of technical documents to the ResourceHub app, and the process was incredibly easy. The app is very user-friendly and works seamlessly with Shopify. We were signed up and uploading documents within minutes. What has really impressed us is the customer support. We reached out via chat to ask about a feature that wasn’t available yet, which was totally fine. Just a couple of days later, the team followed up to let us know they had added the feature to the app. That level of responsiveness is rare and much very much appreciated!

Thank you so much! Great to hear ResourceHub made the switch from your custom app so smooth. We built it specifically for technical documentation libraries like yours, so I’m really glad it’s working well for you. Also, thanks for the kind words about support. Always happy to help and we look forward to supporting you as you grow your SDS and COA library.
We love PageFly! We quickly realized we'd need more customization options than our main theme provided us. We now are able to build out beautiful custom pages easily. When we run into any issues or have any questions the live chat feature always connects us with someone who can quickly resolve the problem.

Extremely helpful support team and very responsive. The app had all the features we were looking for to help us build custom page designs while making it friendly for users without developer experience.
