I just started using this service and am very impressed with their customer service and transparency! Filing sales use taxes really gave me a lot of anxiety and now feel at peace! Thanks to Matt C. at Breezyfile for explaining everything, I'll definitely keep using them!
I'm new to Omnisend and read the documentation and watched a few videos but I had issues trying to combine discounts and understanding how to manage them. I contacted support late on a Friday afternoon not expecting a response right away and Eduarda replied to me and provided the solution in one response! Very happy so far and the quick, professional support, is great!
