So glad our team could help you hit the ground running, Kovered! As you explore more of the app, we are always here to make sure the experience keeps getting better.
I just installed the app, so I will not give feedback yet. I am impressed with everything so far. My feedback is for Krystal, customer service. Holy S***!! The best service I've received in zillions of years. In this era of fast transactions and rushed customer service, Krystal took her time, was soooooooo patient going through, and answered all my 1,000 questions. Even if i didn't like the app, I would buy only because of the value and support she gave me as a non-paying customer. She fixed a couple of major issues from the get-go. Thank you so much!!
Every time I have a request i know I will have the best customer service. I don't know how they do it, but the support team they are all knowledgeable, efficient and super kind! Tonight Eligijus helped me with my bundles and was super patient with me. At the he needed to get the dev team involved and will not stop until I have my request done. Thank you so much Eligijus!! Catch up soon. Luciana
Domantas is the best! So not used to have a real person to look after your enquiries. Dom not only helped me with my requests, he provided ideas and went above and beyond. 1000 start! Thanks Dom! And today I worked with Dovydas. He was amazing as well. The team the Kaching seems to be the best. They are patient, they take the time to understand and deliver a fabulous service. Thanks Dov and Dom! You guys rock!
The best thing ever! It is like having Canva inside Shopify!!!
