PerfumeGiants.com

Very happy with Chargeback.io! At PerfumeGiants.com, we were dealing with a high number of fraudulent purchases, and the alerts have helped us catch them early, issue refunds when needed, and avoid costly chargebacks. The support team has also been extremely helpful. They took the time to clearly explain the entire process, including how the alerts work, the fees involved, and the auto-refund process. The app has already helped us avoid multiple chargebacks and made managing fraudulent orders much easier. Definitely recommended for Shopify store owners dealing with fraud and chargebacks!
