ORIGINAL: 5 STAR - The design process of the app is very user friendly, I love the features and options that make it easy to navigate and the app really reflects my website which is great for branding. The app submission process was also very easy - no coding and they helped make it painless. Great customer service so far.
I like how this app integrates with my website. Overall, I have had a positive experience & customers are responding well.
I had an outdated theme that needed an update before Lably could be used & the IT team helped fix & even improve my label. Communication was great & speedy u like other apps. I am very pleased!

So far the set up process for the app has been very easy. I had customer support reach out right away to help and begins setting everything up. Kirthiga did a walk through with me and was also great to explain my options. Once the app goes live we have am additional onboarding call to begin the live selling process and set up. It truly is nice to have great customer service!

I tried other Mobile Building Apps on Shopify and could never get support to assist. Julia has been FABULOUS and helped me resize images, get answers and her response times were immediate! I am looking forward to setting this app up for my store. So far 5 STARS!!!
