Ok i have been a fan of this app as it brought my vision to life and it was easy to use and the price was 29$ monthly. However, it's a whole mess after they had changed their pricing list. Going from 29$ to 99$ monthly with fees per every order AND infrastructure fee is crazy. I can't believe i'm about to lose my 4k customers who have downloaded the app. This is way too much and it's stressing me out so much. Unless you're a huge company with tons of staff, i wouldn't recommend because you also have to pay monthly to shopify along with fees and payment gateway so yeah keep it in mind. now i need to ask my customers to redownload my new app which is unprofessional.

We converted our business website into a mobile app using OneMobile and the experience was smooth. The platform is user-friendly, app performance is good, and the deployment process is straightforward.
Updated; You must subscribe to the $299 plan to integrate an appointment scheduling option within this mobile app builder. There is no option with the $99 month plan. After using this app for awhile now I find out they raised my MONTHLY rate from $29 to $99! This is way beyond my monthly budget. I understand prices do increase but increasing the price by $70 a month is astronomical in my eyes! I wish this would have been a gradual increase. This makes me feel not valued by this company. Miley has been very helpful throughout the process. I do wish they had more themes available to choose from. I like that I can include the OneLoyalty program with the app. I'm looking forward to using this with my customers!

OneMobile offers strong support and performs well. However, their pricing model includes commission-based fees - as your sales grow, the “successful rate” charges increase, which can become quite expensive. Also, if certain apps are not already integrated, you may need to pay additional integration fees or upgrade to a higher-tier plan. It’s important to clarify all costs and integration requirements carefully before signing up.
App has consistent issues. Over priced and consistent billing issues.

Now let me straight to the main points in your case: - You actually activated the BrandUp plan on November 12/2025, at this point, the price of this plan is $299 per month. At that time we also offered a DISCOUNT code so that you can apply at $99 per month only (old plan's price). And you did apply the code that we offered. - However per deeper investigation, we also found that there was a glitch in the code: it was only used for the first month, but not for the 2 consecutive months. Thereby this has caused a loss of your supposed benefits for the Promotion Program we offered for Legacy Users. --> Here's our solution: We'd like to offer you a discount on the loss of the discount for the 2 months. Besides the billing issue, we would more than welcome to have you back onboard with OneMobile, plus an advice that you should choose the ScaleUp plan from now on (as it seems to match with your business scale and strategy). The instructions are very easy! You do need to set aside some time to design your app, but you should anyways since it's your store. Rean was very helpful and very quick to help and solved my questions without pause. Thank you so much. I just installed this app today and built my app within 2 hours (because I was designing). I'll post an update once my app goes live.
The idea of pulling all design elements directly from the Shopify store is brilliant and very easy to work with. Unfortunately, everything beyond that seems to come with extra charges. Our Instagram feed didn’t load, so we tried to simply delete the block — but even removing a non-functional block required an additional paid upgrade. This was a waste of time and honestly very disappointing. It could be a great app, but the constant upselling and paywalls make it feel like pure money-grabbing.

Scammed by "Discount" Banner - Avoid this App OneMobile is using deceptive tactics to force upgrades. They showed me a banner for a 'Discount Gesture' but clicking it secretly upgraded my plan from $25 to $99/month. Support is hiding behind the 'you clicked approve' excuse despite the misleading UI. This is a bait-and-switch scam. Merchants, watch your bills closely or switch to a different builder.

That is never our intention, and we understand how frustrating unexpected billing changes can feel. However, we would like to clarify that any plan upgrade requires explicit approval from the store owner within Shopify’s confirmation screen. A third-party app cannot trigger or approve a charge on your behalf without your authorization. I wanted to thank you Ellie, for the timely response, today I was grateful I was able to get the help I needed. Even though the problem in which I was having is shopify fault.
