Every single time I load it, it demands that I sign up and pay $9.99 a month for basic tier. The store's page states there is a free tier. Where is that then?

There seems to be a bug in the system related to the fact that you were on a paid plan the last time you uninstalled the app. This is definitely not the intended behavior, and I’m truly sorry about this.
