Hi, and thank you very much for the honest feedback. First of all, I’d like to clarify that the app pricing, including all usage fees, is clearly stated on the listing page. Even at the maximum product volume (i.e. unlimited products), the highest possible price is $25.99/month. We always strive to be as transparent as possible about our pricing and overall offering, so if you feel that any part of the pricing or conditions was unclear, we would really appreciate it if you could reach out to our support team. This would help us better understand what caused the confusion and improve the experience going forward. Secondly, I’m really sorry to hear that the current value of the app for your store does not justify the cost. I’d really appreciate it if you could share whether there are any features you feel are missing or any ways we could improve the app to make it more valuable for your business. Hi there, and thank you for your feedback. We’re truly sorry for the misunderstanding regarding the charge — unexpected billing is always frustrating. We want to clarify publicly what we have already discussed with you privately. Our free trial lasts exactly 3 days, and the charge occurred because the app was uninstalled after the trial had fully ended. Shopify’s billing system processes payments automatically once the trial expires — even if the app is uninstalled immediately afterward. ​ As soon as you reached out, we immediately issued a full refund, and during our follow-up call you confirmed that everything was resolved and that you were satisfied with the outcome. We were very glad to hear that. If the issue is fully settled for you, we would be sincerely grateful if you could update your review when you have a moment — your earlier indicated you intended to do so.
