Après 3 mois d’utilisation d’Oblipali sur ma boutique Shopify, je recommande cette application sans hésitation ! L’installation est très simple, l’interface est moderne, intuitive et parfaitement intégrée à Shopify. J’utilise les relances de paniers abandonnés, les campagnes SMS, le winback et les automatisations via Shopify Flow. Tout est bien pensé et facile à prendre en main. Les tarifs SMS sont parmi les plus compétitifs que j’ai pu comparer pour le marché réunionnais. La délivrabilité est fiable et la gestion des horaires d’envoi est un vrai plus. Mention spéciale au support et au développeur, extrêmement disponibles et réactifs ! J’avais suggéré l’ajout de variables personnalisées dans les SMS (prénom, numéro de commande…), et la fonctionnalité a été intégrée en moins de 24 heures. C’est rare de voir une telle écoute des utilisateurs ! Une application complète, fiable et très bien conçue, que je recommande à tous les e-commerçants de La Réunion et des DOM. Bravo pour ce travail !

I’ve been using TeeInBlue for about 2 years now, and it has become a very important part of my store. What I appreciate the most is how easy it is to create personalized products, while still having a lot of flexibility and options to be creative. The app gives us many possibilities to build custom products without making the process complicated. One of the biggest improvements for my business has been the live preview feature. Before using it, it was much harder for customers to imagine what their personalized product would look like. Being able to see the result live has made the buying experience much clearer and has noticeably improved my conversion rate. TeeInBlue has also saved me a huge amount of time in my daily workflow. Instead of having to manage everything manually, a big part of the personalization process is now much smoother and more efficient. I also want to highlight the support team. They have always been available, kind, attentive and very efficient, no matter what type of request I had. Every time I needed help setting something up or solving a specific issue, they took the time to understand what I needed and helped me find a solution. After 2 years of using the app, I can genuinely say that both the product and the support have been very reliable. If you sell personalized products on Shopify, TeeInBlue is definitely an app worth considering.
