Sogar beim Einbinden von verschiedenen Features wurde mir innerhalb von wenigen Stunden immer eine Lösung geboten. Durch die Schnittstellen, die es im Teeinblue gibt, kann man problemlos weitere Programme anbinden und so einen voll automatisierten Prozess aufsetzen. The customer support team at Tee in Blue is absolutely amazing! They are incredibly responsive, kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. If you really like going deep into personalization then you'll enjoy this app. It does take awhile to learn but the teeinblue team is incredibly helpful and quick with their replies when they're online. I have mainly conversed with Karen and she has been the best. The amount of questions I've sent her is enormous and yet she takes the time to send me videos showing me exactly how to do something which is helpful. It has made the learning curve of this app feel much easier and approachable. I love that I can finally make my ideas of personalization come to life and get detailed on each project. I was looking for an app like this for a long time and I'm glad I found it. Definitely give it a try but remember to be patient and ask questions. Once you get it down, you'll see why it works so well.

Excellent app and outstanding support! We’ve been using Teeinblue for a long time for our personalized products, and it has become an important part of our Shopify store. The app gives us a lot of flexibility for creating complex personalized products and live previews. What really stands out is their support team. Whenever we’ve had an issue, they’ve been responsive, helpful, and willing to investigate it properly. Most recently, they helped us with compatibility with our new Shopify theme and implemented a solution for the Sticky Gallery on desktop. I’ve been using TeeInBlue for about 2 years now, and it has become a very important part of my store. What I appreciate the most is how easy it is to create personalized products, while still having a lot of flexibility and options to be creative. The app gives us many possibilities to build custom products without making the process complicated. One of the biggest improvements for my business has been the live preview feature. Before using it, it was much harder for customers to imagine what their personalized product would look like. Being able to see the result live has made the buying experience much clearer and has noticeably improved my conversion rate. TeeInBlue has also saved me a huge amount of time in my daily workflow. Instead of having to manage everything manually, a big part of the personalization process is now much smoother and more efficient. I also want to highlight the support team. They have always been available, kind, attentive and very efficient, no matter what type of request I had. Every time I needed help setting something up or solving a specific issue, they took the time to understand what I needed and helped me find a solution. After 2 years of using the app, I can genuinely say that both the product and the support have been very reliable. Great app but it is very complicated to set up for someone without no knowledge. I can fix alot of things on my own website, in coding etc. but this app is complicated and I have to pay someone else to set products up for me. Lucky their support service is always very helpful.

This is such a powerful App with great integration to my print providers and also my own personalised design products in Shopify. There are so many features I can utilise to create endless design ideas for my business. I have found the support incredible as they really try to help your situation. Their documentation is also really well described along with You tube videos they produce. Its taken a little while to get my head around all the ways I can create but it's worth it and the in app support has been there to help when ever i've need it. Great app!

Wow, I can't say enough great things about this app and company. It's a complex app and takes just a little bit to wrap your head around, but it's very doable. Their customer and tech support is superb. Above and beyond. Quite refreshing this day and age. The AI generation options are great and it works great. I tried Customily and had to give up. I'm looking forward to pushing this app to really do more with my vision of where I want to take customization for some things. Very exciting!

We've had a great experience with this app. It works really well, but what stands out the most is the amazing support team. They are always kind, helpful, and quick to respond. We usually receive a reply within a day, and during business hours our questions or issues are often solved the same day. We would definitely recommend this app to everyone!

We are just starting out and we are using complex logic to build out our custom campaigns before we launch. The customer service has been amazing. They have answered every question and follow-up that we have had usually within a few hours or by next day. They have even created videos so we can see how to setup custom logic. Even with my many questions they did not treat me as though I was bother or talked down to me. If I did not have them working with on this project, I am not sure that I would be able to get ready for launch. It feels great to be supported by a company that wants you to succeed and treats you with respect.

Teeinblue has completely transformed how I run my personalized POD store. The customization options are incredibly powerful — face cutouts, clipart, text layers, you name it — and the live preview keeps customers confident about what they're ordering. Setup takes a bit of learning, but the results are worth it. Highly recommend for anyone serious about personalized products!

I'd give them 10 stars if I could. I specifically needed an app that would allow customers to change dog coat colors and add in text when needed. I tried 2 previous apps with the same issue...but TeeInBlue was the only app that actually worked to figure out the problem. (The Vitals app was interfering with the cart.). In addition, whenever I've needed any smaller help so far...they've been super quick to help me get it figured out. My site feels polished and professional...and I have no doubt we'll see a nice increase in sales with TeeInBlue installed.

Teeinblue did some updates, which caused our products to freeze, causing major issues to our store. Few of our customers were not very happy. We tried reaching out also, but couldnt seem to get a response during that time [additional note] be careful, sometimes the preview can come up pixelated which can cause conversion loss. Frustrating when issues arises over the weekend and they're not available.

I just started using Teeinblue this week, and I've been impressed with how the design process is organized - it's modular, so it's very logical and saves time compared to other order automation apps I've used. It looks very nice on the storefront as well, and seems like it will be user-friendly for customers. There's a bit of a learning curve, but the customer service has been very responsive and I'm happy with my choice.

OMG! I have been struggling with several recommended shopify apps to get my store up and running. Not one of them had a support system that fit my needs. Check Sidekick he/she will confirm my comments. That is until I found this company called "teeinblue.com". This company is next level and the support is fantastic. I have been using Teeinblue for almost one year and i can't say enough good things. My Key Wins: 1) app is solid 2) easy to set up (once you learn the flow which is not difficult, but has specific steps you need to follow) 3) The print sizes are spot on ( these are what you download after the customer placed an order) 4) The integration with Shopify is great.
