The App doesn't work. I paid for their annual $299.50 plan and I verified that payment went through via Shopify and in their own app, and they are asking for an additional $18.95/mo to upgrade to use the basic features of the app. I did go into their chat for help and sent them screenshots of the payments that I made and asked for help. But they are unable to help and claim that my payment was "canceled" when I can see that the payment went through in their app, via Shopify, and via my bank statement all of which I provided to them. At this point, I've paid $299.50 for an app that I can't use. I'm forced to update my sale pricing myself which means I'm out of the Time and Money this app promised. WORST APP EVER!

I used this app specifically so that it would add a product and a discount to the cart for a send X get Y Free promotion. The app's description said that it would do this and had the features to do this, but never worked. When I contacted Customer support, I found them to be rude and unhelpful. I deleted the app after 2 days and would never recommend this app unless you're a competitor. of mine.

Tried using this for our Black Friday / Cyber Monday sale. All it did during testing was freeze and say Processing "1min remaining" for over an hour. Plus there is no service available during USA business hours. I would suggest using another app. Please accept our sincere apologies for this unpleasant situation you have faced with. Our Technical Team fixed the issue that caused such app behavior. Now the BD app is working smoothly. Please check it.
