"DSers upgraded my account to an Advanced plan without my knowledge or consent. When I contacted support to dispute the $19.90 charge, they admitted they have no IP address logs to prove I confirmed the upgrade. They denied my refund citing 'login activity' as proof of usage — but logging in to manage my store is not the same as using Advanced features. They then offered to reinstate unused Advanced plan days instead of refunding me — which I never asked for. The bill remains unpaid and they are refusing to issue a credit note to cancel it. This is not acceptable for a small business owner running a single store. Be very careful with this app and check your Shopify billing regularly."
