I've used Mailchimp for over 10-years with no issue, until today. I was looking into fixing it myself when I received a Customer Support pop-up message from Rhedd, a real person! There's nothing worse than dealing with an AI bot. Rhedd was very helpful, he sent screenshots so I knew exactly what he was talking about and he spoke directly with the developers on the MailChimp end. Very refreshing to get help from a real person who wasn't working off a script like some companies!
