We were looking for a self-service order cancellation solution for a client store with some very specific requirements, including: * Order cancellation from both the Order Status page and Customer Account Order History page. * A configurable cutoff time that allows merchants to define order cancellation availability based on their business requirements. * Automatic refund support.
