I was having problems processing my orders from DSers to AliExpress, and she was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the whole process. Blanca first gave me clear step-by-step instructions so I could understand how to fix the issue myself in the future. Even after following the directions, I still couldn’t get it working. Blanca stepped in and fixed the problem for me in less than a minute! She clearly knows her job extremely well and works quickly and efficiently. It’s rare to receive customer service this good.
