Gearloose Lapidary

Excellent support from Rods on the QuickBooks Connector team! He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping us resolve a complicated Shopify integration issue. He walked through multiple tests with us, helped identify a working solution, and escalated the remaining issue to engineering for follow-up. We're not quite finished with the integration, but Rods made excellent progress and provided outstanding customer service. It's refreshing to work with someone who takes ownership of a problem and follows through. Thank you, Rods!
