A Theme-Breaking App With Customer Support That Barely Exists! Extremely disappointing experience with LangShop. What should have been a straightforward translation solution turned into a frustrating mess of theme-related bugs, wasted time, and customer support that seems to have mastered the art of disappearing. The app introduced multiple issues with our Shopify theme, and despite reaching out for assistance, we received no meaningful response. Bugs are one thing. Software isn't perfect. But leaving merchants to deal with the consequences while support remains completely unresponsive is unacceptable. For an app operating in the Shopify ecosystem, theme compatibility and responsive technical support aren't premium features. They're the bare minimum. The most frustrating part isn't even the bugs themselves. It's the complete lack of accountability when things go wrong. Merchants have businesses to run, not unlimited hours to spend troubleshooting problems introduced by an app they're paying for. My advice to other Shopify merchants: Think very carefully before installing LangShop on a production store. A translation app should make international expansion easier, not turn your storefront into a debugging project. One star, and based on this experience, even that feels generous!
