it does what I pay for but wish I could import and monitor the same ammount up to 5000 products

Thanks so much James! You asked for monitoring to match the import limit, and that's now live: the Franchise plan monitors up to 5,000 products, the same number you can import. I've also just added auto-apply rules to Live monitoring, so if you switch them on, supplier stock and price changes can update your store automatically instead of waiting for your approval.
