I installed the app less than an hour ago and chatted with the support to have them look through my website to make sure I'm doing everything correctly for Paypal. Joy helped me immensely and gave me many suggestions. I really appreciate all of the help and feel good about the app so far.

So far I'm quite happy with this particular app for my store's FAQ page. I've tried several different apps for the same thing over the past week and Chatty is the best. I had a technical issue come up and luckily a chat box popped up ready to help me. I'm so thankful to Esther from the chat who resolved the issue in less than 3 minutes. It has been so easy and quick to set up.
