After almost more than 6 months of using this platform I believe they should change the name to SHITrocket. The customer experience is pathetic. Their processes have been designed by some dumbass. I have had multiple instances wherein Firstly the shipment is delayed by a week or 10 days. After multiple follow ups for expediting the delivery process the Shipment is marked untraceable/under investigation. After 4-5 days of "investigation" the shipment is marked RTO. When asked how come if the shipment is untraceable can you raise an RTO. If the shipment was actually located why not deliver to the customer instead of raising RTO. And as expected, the product never arrives after RTO. Their policy is 60 days after RTO is initiated will they mark it as lost and then refund, as if it coming from Mars. Why does it take 60 days to return an item to origin? I cant believe a company like this has become so big that they are going for an IPO. They have huge holes in their processes, and I am sure that your investment will not take off in this shitrocket.
