I was hesitant at first in using this app, but the numbers don't lie. It paid for itself within the first week (free trial period), and has been delivering ever since. In my opinion, this is an absolutely necessary part of any e-commerce arsenal. I also love the emails I get saying that "Abandon Aid" has recovered another order!
Works like a charm, I cannot count how many times this helped to bring the customer back. Works hard everyday, so I don't have to. Thanks.
I wish I had starting using this app right away. The amount of recovered sales due this this app is much larger than I could have imaged. If you are not using Abandon Aid, you are leaving money on the table. Great app!!!

Amazing! Recovered several orders this month! The only thing that would be helpful - the ability to re-send the email after N days with Coupon (!) if user ignored the first email with cart link.

We love this app because it helps us to re-market to clients that were in the checkout process, but simply either forgot to checkout, or got distracted from placing an order.
Coolence is AWESOME. I switched from AbandonApp and have never looked back. Cleaner, less cluttered interface and awesome support. Get it now! Update 12/10/14: Still using it 2 years later, still loving it just as much!
So happy I downloaded this app. I've only had it for a month and Coolence has recovered more than enough orders to cover its monthly cost x10!

There are many useful apps for Shopify stores, but very few that can be considered absolutely critical. Abandon Aid is one of those critical few. With a 25% recovery rate and flawless performance over the last 9 months I just couldn't be happier. On the two occasions that I needed some support the response was lightning fast.
Abandon aid is easy and effective. Simple as that. Orders get recovered, and if not, I get valuable info from the customer to help me build a better store.

I love this little app! It is fully customizable and easy to setup. Several customers & potential customers have replied to my "Can We Help?" abandon cart email with questions. Tonight, this app helped to recover a cart that resulted in a sale! Great purchase!

Great app to start with, 5% recovery fee for the order which slipped out of your hand, is totally worth it. If you have the sales, an upgrade would just boost it. Cherry on the cake, a supporting and friendly customer back-up. Totally recommend and wish to use it myself to the full, too soon :)
Are we happy with this app - hell yes!! One day after installing and two emails sent to abandoned carts and the second customer replies and completes a sale! Best investment our business has made!
This app is definitely an essential tool for any Shopify user. Within hours we were able to recover and order and the app had already paid for itself! The customer support is also top notch.
