FormCRM Contact Form Builder

I was looking for an app to use for a page I was creating. After I installed the app, support reached out and offered to help. I told them what I needed and they made it happen! The customizations are great and I also like it that the interface is user friendly.

We use FormCRM for our corporate inquiry form on Shiny Craftshop and have been very happy with the result. We needed something more advanced than a basic contact form, including conditional fields, custom styling, different inquiry paths, email notifications and an automatic response to the customer. FormCRM gave us the flexibility to build exactly that while keeping the form visually consistent with our Shopify store. We had a few details to work through during the setup, particularly around our Zoho SMTP configuration, and the support team was responsive, patient and genuinely helpful in getting everything working correctly. The final result is a professional form that fits naturally into our corporate landing page and works well for our needs. It is also nice to see a smaller team actively supporting and improving their product. Happy to recommend FormCRM.

I tested several form builders before settling on Form CRM, and it's easily the most intuitive, customizable and user friendly of the lot. We did run into a small hiccup with one of our quote forms but I sent in a query and got an almost instant reply along with a fix that worked. The whole thing was sorted in minutes. Really glad we found this one.

Forms have been working really well for me. The form builder is intuitive and easy to use, so setting everything up took no time at all. I'm able to set up automated emails to both myself and my customers, with features like auto inserting the customer's name as a tag. It's perfect for my needs.

Setup and support are excellent, and the installation process is seamless. I really like the manual customer approval feature and the form builder, which makes it easy to create custom forms. to me the app is simple and easy to use. if there is any problem help is always there, very convenient. and it solves the problem of intergration with some other apps - ie with me google sheet and shopify. i am at the beginning stage so will update further. tho there are some glitches, im sure it will be solved soon.

Building was super easy. When I needed support with the set up on my store I got it super fast. The only problem is some translation problems when you change the page language from English to any other language.

We were looking for form builder that was easy and quick to set up, had conditional logic, notifications, and form layouts that would fit with the aesthetics of our site. We are very pleased with how FormCRM checks all boxes. The built-in AI creates accurate forms that need very little adjustments, if any. The form status feature (new inquiry, in progress, reviewed, etc.) is a valuable plus as it allow us to quickly follow up on each submission within the app, without having to manually export and consolidate data elsewhere. As someone without any prior experience in form creation, this AI Form builder is incredibly easy to use and create custom forms. I have created surveys, product return form, and appointment booking form in no time. The only thing I am missing is - there is no option to export the form-filling data. In order to be able to export the data in Excel, I hope they will create an export to Excel option. Overall, this app has significantly enhanced my store's functionality and customer engagement capabilities. It's an excellent tool for anyone looking to create forms and manage customer data effectively, regardless of their technical expertise.
