Hi, I'm reporting a technical bug in the structured data (JSON-LD) that AG Product Reviews injects into our product pages. Store: varidesko.pl (Shopify store ID 097d14-5c) Example affected URL: https://varidesko.pl/products/stacja-robocza-esd-fortis-pro Issue: The app injects a block (inside a div.shopify-block.shopify-app-block) containing a Product type with aggregateRating. The description field in this JSON contains raw, unescaped line breaks (literal newlines inside the JSON string value), which produces invalid JSON. For example: "description": "<h2>Stół roboczy ESD Fortis Pro – maksimum możliwości w jednym stanowisku<strong><br></strong> </h2> <p><str... Because the newlines inside the string are not escaped as \n, this block fails to parse as valid JSON. This means: The aggregateRating data (which should help our review stars appear in Google/AI search results) is likely being ignored by search engines and AI crawlers because the entire JSON-LD block fails validation. This can be confirmed by pasting the raw script content into any JSON validator (e.g. https://validator.schema.org/) or by viewing page source and searching for application/ld+json. Additional issues found in the same block: The image field uses a relative URL (files/Fortis-Pro.jpg) instead of an absolute URL, which is non-compliant with the Schema.org / Google structured data requirements (absolute URLs are required). Requested fix: Properly escape all special characters (especially newlines, and HTML entities where relevant) when serializing the description field into the JSON-LD script, so the output is valid JSON. Convert the image field to an absolute URL (e.g. https://varidesko.pl/files/Fortis-Pro.jpg). Impact: This affects structured data validity across all product pages using this review block, not just the example above — it's likely a global template issue in how the app renders the JSON-LD, so a single fix should resolve it store-wide. Es espectacular. Vivo en una zona fría y ponerme las zapatillas húmedas o heladas por la mañana era una tortura. Este aparato las calienta y seca en minutos, sin dañar la tela. Además, quita el olor a humedad. Es compacto y lo llevo a todos lados. El envío fue súper rápido. ¡Vale cada centavo!
It was hard getting them to understand at first but they help me fix my problem. I am still new to using this app and have not got to experience it fully but so far so good

I just installed this app a few minutes ago. I immediately had a question about how to upload old reviews from Yotpo (sp?). I was pleasantly surprised to find the chat helper was an actual person. They helped me reformat my file so I could upload it and it only took a short while!
The young lady Felicity did outstanding job for me and was very patient too. She literally helped me set the whole thing up.
Simple and easy to use. The support chat (Avery) was very helpful and worked quickly.
Good app for reviews but currently you can only import 10 reviews at a time from amazon

I'm most of the way through the setup phase. So far, it's fairly intuitive and simple. Lots of customizable aspects, but they aren't too overwhelming to set up. Jasmine helped me when I had a question. She was quick and helpful. Unfortunately, I was hoping to schedule "review requests" to be sent in a couple weeks for the orders I received yesterday. But you can only schedule them out for future orders, not past orders. However, you can send them immediately for past orders.
I would not have been able to get things setup and reviews imported without the help of Mirra and Audrey. There was a lot of issues with the file import and how the reviews were showing up on my site, but they were incredibly patient in making the corrections.
Abby is a saviour, she helped me out instantly without any delays and also waited for me to check whether my problem is solved or not. She is polite, humble and a Professional in her work. Thanks abby you are great.
Abby did a fantastic job supporting my doubts and setup questions. While I am still learning to use the product, she provided valuable inputs. I will give a 5 star rating after I use it for a while and confirms my expectations.
At 1st i was a little disappointed, someone helped me to import a review from another sailing platform and maid a mess, however, someone else came around on the next day and correct all of it
Einige Details waren nicht so einfach zu individualisieren oder mussten sowohl in der App, als auch im Theme Editor verändert werden. Das ist etwas verwirrend. Theoretisch lässt sich die Sprache der Text Felder nur in der Pro Version verstellen, was ich sehr schade finde, praktisch ließ sich allerdings auch alles in der Free Version ändern. Wieder, ziemlich verwirrend. Bleibt abzuwarten, ob das so bleibt. Der Support, besonders Abby und Prakash, war sehr freundlich und engagiert und haben mir so schnell es ging geholfen, obwohl ich vorerst nur die Free Version nutze. Alles in allem ist die App eine Empfehlung wert!
Would be nice if it was more customizable however the customer support team is great and can help you with that. Hana helped me out changing some things that I wouldn't have been able to do otherwise.

The application was nice and easy to use, but the interface that prompted users to contribute was confusing.

Thank you Nolan and the technician: Williams. You are very responsible and helpful. On the other hand, PageSpeed Insights show me this app block the main thread for some time. So I have mixed feelings. I have a response from Air Product: "We would like say explain that the reason for this increase in thread is due to our app need to add the codes inside the block. This has been optimized to its maximum already". I have no skills to judge is it an issue with every app that kind or not.

It's a good app, it does the job as described. Customer support has been great. Hana got right to down to the issue and resolved it in matter of minutes from first contact.

I tried this app and was really happy with it and the excellent support from Hana and Amy. You can import old reviews too and the app widgets are extremely easy to install. The only problem with the app is that I wanted to be able to send review requests to old customers from before I had a website and it didn't have the capability, so unfortunately I had to get a different review app. Otherwise if you don't need that capability then I highly recommend this app. It is simple and efficient and I can see why so many use it
The installation was very smooth thanks to help of Abby. Haven't used the app itself yet, but it seems to fit within our business needs.
Sunny and Tony helped me with a glitch where the Review box on my product page was blank as users typed in it. They took a lot of time to explore the problem and shared helpful tips on how to use the app admin settings. I'm super grateful for their time and suspect they were fixing some errors on the backend of my Taiga theme due to Judge.Me review removal. I'm still a little unsure about review apps in general on my new site, and hoping that I don't have any slow downs. I've been considering switching to Yotpo instead. Just NOT sure. I'll stay with Avada Air Product reviews for now because I also use them for the cookie GDPR app and I use Avada for SEO optimization. If things are still slow, I might switch to Yotpo for Reviews and maybe Pandectes for cookie GDPR. I'm still undecided. I don't understand why Air by Avada is used here on Shopify when Avada website design co. leans so heavily on YOAST for review app? I also don't understand why Avada isn't listed as an "eligible aggregator" by Google Merchant Center here: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/7045996?hl=en
My interaction with Esther (your rep) was great. Just after a few moments, and without remote access, she guided me to resolve my issue and also point out next steps. She seems quite knowledgeable, professional, and easy to follow.
We had a small duplication problem which once I raised it as an issue was cleared by the lovely team of Lydia and Toby. Real fast service so was pleased. Not sure why it happened in the first place but hey it just noughts & ones. Thanks team

I'm grateful to have access to this app. THANK YOU! I love the homepage tab that allows customers to instantly click on to see reviews. I like that customers can leave pictures. Only issues are that It's not as straight forward as other apps and some of the wording on features need to be updated to reflect when the customer actually gets sent the first review reminder: after fulfillment not after delivery. I was happy to be told that they actually get it after fulfillment though. It would be great if customers can be seen as verified by simply reviewing from the link sent to them via email as well rather than only having the option to sign in to be considered verified. Signing in can be something that makes the customer not want to review and the fact that they received an email requesting a review proves that they are a legitimate customer.
I tried other reviews apps before, but they really didn't worked. I uninstalled them to switch to Avana's app. It easy to understand, to use. The free starter plan is working perfectly, and there are enough options for free if you are on a tight budget. Great job ! I am so convinced that i will try other Avana's app.
It was my first day trying the app, and I felt a bit lost trying to figure out how to set it up and use all the features. The quick chat option was a lifesaver for getting help. Hana was amazing; she went above and beyond, offering to guide me through the setup and ensuring I could set up automation for reviews. So far, I'm very impressed with the customer support – quick and professional. I hope the app performs as well as the service we've experienced. I give 4 start, not sure how app will perform, but the service was 10 star

This app has 1 weakness: it can't be translated for multilingual stores, instead you can only choose one language. That said, I can't give anything less than 5 stars because the app is free and excellent. Great branding options and support staff is fast to answer questions. Integrates with shopify flow and other automation apps.

Very easy to use! Perfect addition to my store allowing customers to leave seamless reviews. Had a small issue with the review box, reached out to support and Esther was very easy to work with, had a quick solution for my problem and was up and running.
I'd say the app itself is 3 stars in it's current state but the customer support is 5 stars. There are some features missing when it comes to branding and customization as well as some features that don't work as intended and/or at all. With that said, their customer support was obliged to immediately take care of all my issues. Ideally they will fix and add missing/broken features to make the app itself better so that users mustn't rely on customer support so much; assuming they do this and bring the functionality up to 5 stars, the app will be a perfect experience. Thank you to Emily and Liz for diligently taking care of all of my problems, I hope to see the app improve down the line so you don't need to work so hard.
The customer service (24hr online chat) assistant Juliana was very helpful and answered all of my questions quickly and knowledgeably. It's my first day using this application and I feel confident that that I have the support to get the best out of the app.
