RUN AWAY!!!!Do not use airwallex as a payment processor. A $135 transaction was made and we only receive $116 the rest was missing. We contacted support and got no where. We had to put in a dispute. Worse customer service ever and even worse payment processing.
I’ve been using Koala Upsells & Gifts for my store, and the experience has been fantastic! The app is user-friendly, and the features work seamlessly. Recently, I contacted support with a question, and Max from the team was incredibly helpful—quick response and resolved my issue efficiently.
