AiT: Loyalty, WhatsApp, Review

One of the bad applications in shopify. They have made things more complicated than it should. 1. there whatsapp integrations does not work, 2. Other elements such as notification bar, and other stuff does not work and needs lot of setting to be done 3. Dont go by there instagram ads, those just to fools in installing apps and getting payments from you. One u subscribe you are on your own. 4. they dont offer any setup help. 5. Whatsapp API does not work with them so besware. 6. there plans are confusing and are desinged a way that u endup paying more money than using multile apps. thye count every message as active customer. does not matter if they even are ur custoemer or not. there orders count is not very clear as well So i would suggest, do comparions of apps out there and go for this. there are multiple free apps who offer exact same or better useful ness than this Movie like app, where all things clubbed together to give nice experience but its flop...

Very Fast help when needed for custom coding!

I have been working with AiTrillion for a few weeks now and am really impressed with their product, price and customer service. A FREE app is a "FREE app", else you mention that you have to pay to make use of the full set of features! So that should be the first red flag - if you spend some time going through all the reviews, you'll discover that payments will be required after some usage. The show-stopper for me was getting contacted by someone from support team on my personal Whatsapp from an unidentified Whatsapp number within seconds after installing the app, offering to provide support and assistance! It just felt wrong and I uninstalled the app after a couple of minutes. The app might have a ton of features, but something just didn't feel right for me personally.

We have been with Aitrillion for close to 5 years. They have been instrumental over the years in helping us move forward to keep up with the fast paced changes that have happened. They have many features and are constantly updating there platform. It's an all in one solution. We have a recent issue that was handled beautifully by Hritik Chouhan who has was very kinda and gracious.

AiTrillion is a wonderful platform with many different tools you need to run your business. We love that so many assets are located in one place and make it easy for us to accomplish multiple business goals under one platform such as E-mail & SMS marketing and promotional web design tools. We originally installed AiT for the expansive Loyalty Program which has been a great tool to us, but there are many other features within this App that will benefit your business. Plus, the customer support is very responsive and will lead you through any questions or set-up guides you need. 100% recommend to other Shopify users!

its totally worth it

Great support team, but too many issues and unexpected costs We started using AiTrillion in January with the hope of consolidating tools (JudgeMe, Omnisend) and saving money. I paid around 500 € for their full setup service, which initially sounded like a good investment. What worked well: • Customer support is very responsive and kind. They really try to help, even if it often takes a few back-and-forths until issues are fully understood and resolved. • The Loyalty and Product Review features do their job – once configured, they seem stable. What didn’t work for us: • Email marketing was hard to use. We ended up switching to Shopify’s built-in Forms & Flow because it was much more intuitive. • The WhatsApp chat function didn’t work. Although the dashboard showed customers interacting, no chats actually reached our WhatsApp Business account. • Web push was never really used. • SMS is not supported in Germany, which was disappointing. But the biggest pain point by far has been billing: • We are getting billed for so called "Active Customers" - a number that is & times higher than we actually have confirmed subscribers, and 3 times higher than the actual number of customers we have, . • Twice, my subscription was “automatically upgraded” without any action on my part – and I had no control to change it back. • According to the usage stats, less than 1% of our orders were assisted by AiTrillion features – so the ROI is clearly not there for us. After several months of trying to make it work, we’ve decided to cancel. I still want to highlight how lovely and responsive the support team is – that was a bright spot. But unfortunately, the frequent misunderstandings, tool limitations for the German market, and confusing pricing made this a costly and frustrating experiment we won’t repeat.

Ai trillion was great till they changed their pricing. I’ve literally built a whole store around loyalty pricing and now im forced to pay $75 extra a month for the same features. Tired of the bait and switch with this company. Originally the price was $25/Month with unlimited modules and they changed that down to 3. Now after another pricing change the app is unusable without paying extra to access my account and loyalty information….

The loyalty program was very easy to set up -- the interface is intuitive and the support team was incredibly helpful when I hit a few stumbling blocks. Wow. I tried several loyalty programms, also the big ones but I wanted one in my own language. AiT just did that. Although it looks very complicated you just need to spend some time on it. We are nowadays used to be in a hurry and quick that you want to move on but remember the best things in life take time... So easy now to set up and change all text in your own words!! this is wat personalation means and Reena helped me in every step. The customer service is unbelievable!!! nice helpfull people still exsists!!!

We have used a number of their modules. Particularly the Loyalty Program and Product Reviews, both have worked wonderfully. I recently setup the Affiliate Module and was having trouble setting it up. Their customer service is excellent. They are always quick to respond and follow up afterwards. Definitely worth the money
