This app provides virtually zero after‑sales support. I have been encountering issues for two months. No matter how many times I try to contact their customer service, my problems are never resolved. They only tell me to wait for their email reply. They promise a response within a few hours, yet I have never received a single email from them. Their so‑called solutions are nothing but empty verbal promises, with no real fixes or improvements at all. Do not use this app. Do not use it. Stay away from it.

Product works and they have real customer service. Excellent
easy to use and great customer service
The app is fine, but the technical support is really very slow. They don't have 24/7 tech support, and even during working hours, they hardly reply to emails. I mailed them on Thursday at 11 a.m. and till Friday night there was no response, so I connected with them through chat and on the chat the executive asked me to wait till Monday.

Monica Garcia showed extreme patience in helping me add reviews to my product page, very pleased.
This is the best App I found for customer reviews and transferring my reviews to Shopify. I tried out few other Review Apps but none of them worked properly and didn't get any customer support. If this App does not work for you just contact the customer support and they will take care of the problems and make it work perfectly.
I installed this app this does not work they charged $9.99 and I asked why reviews not importing they said developer team checking i submit a ticket on 18th Apr today is 24 Apr they are saying we are working on it. Worst services ever.
Decent app, it works as intended for free, you only pay if you're looking to import reviews
Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I feel compelled to share my feedback to highlight some significant weaknesses in the app. Firstly, the user interface is not at all intuitive. Navigating through the app feels cumbersome, and it's challenging to find the features I need. A more user-friendly design would greatly enhance the overall experience. Additionally, I noticed a lack of exporting review on the app. For those valuable reviews our customers left and we can't export them out!! Moreover, the app's search functionality is unreliable. It often fails to retrieve accurate results, making it difficult to find specific reviews or products. This undermines the app's core purpose and severely impacts its utility. Furthermore, the absence of clear guidelines for users makes the reviewing process confusing. Users need more explicit instructions on how to navigate the app and make the most out of its features. Clarity in this aspect is crucial for a positive user experience.

The app is excellent and the team is very agile and responds to support queries very swiftly. Overall I think all stores serving both Amazon and Shopify should have this app.
I have been on Shopify for several years. During that time I have actively been looking for an App to help me transfer AliExpress product reviews. I found AliReviews and they have solved my problem. This is a great company and product. I highly recommend them. This is by far the easiest App to use. I had no problems and loading. Great information to help you. This is a good app. I had a problem with it and AliReviews took care of the issue as soon as they learned of it.
Happy with it so far. Great customer service! Responded within 24 hours and even followed up to make sure I received a good result.
