We have been working with Waclaw and his team for a long time now, and we honestly cannot praise both the tool and the entire team enough. The new features are always up to date and perfectly in tune with what users need. And even if something doesn’t quite meet our requirements, they immediately – and I really mean immediately – start looking for a solution and always find one. This exceptional level of service and commitment deserves more than 5 stars. A huge thank you to Waclaw and the entire team for the fantastic collaboration!

My customers love using antigro. Any time I have had a problem, it has been addressed extremely fast. Easy to use for me and my customers!

The team at Antigro couldn’t be more helpful. From the very beginning, they’ve been incredibly quick at getting everything integrated and nothing ever feels like too much trouble. We seem to come up with some fairly bizarre requests at times, but they always understand exactly what we’re trying to achieve and somehow manage to bring it to life! Waclaw and Sylwia in particular have been absolutely brilliant. They’re genuinely lovely people to work with, incredibly knowledgeable and always there when we need them. Our days can be ridiculously busy, so the fact they’ll happily jump on a conference call with us at 8pm when that’s the only time we can fit it in says a lot about the level of support they provide. We’ve never felt like we’ve been left waiting around for answers or trying to figure things out by ourselves. The platform itself has been brilliant too. Downloads are really speedy, the integration has been smooth and the charges are extremely competitive compared with other apps we use. Most importantly, our customer feedback has been 10/10, which is ultimately what matters to us. Everything works well, our customers are happy and if we ever want to change, improve or add something, the team are always quick to help. It’s very rare to find a company with such a good platform and such genuinely helpful people behind it. Antigro have become a really important part of what we offer and we honestly couldn’t praise Waclaw, Sylwia and the rest of the team enough.

Antigro Designer has been an essential part of the growth of our business. Before implementing their builder software, we were searching for a reliable way to give our customers an easy, professional, and user-friendly experience when creating and submitting their designs. Antigro provided exactly what we needed and has allowed us to expand our services in ways that would not have been possible without their platform. The software has helped streamline our ordering process, reduce confusion for customers, and make it much easier for them to personalize products directly through our website. This has not only improved the customer experience but has also saved our team valuable time and helped us manage a growing number of orders more efficiently. What truly stands out is the Antigro team. They have been responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to help whenever we have needed assistance. They understand the needs of businesses offering customized products and have created a platform that is both powerful and practical. For any print shop, apparel company, promotional product business, or e-commerce store looking to offer an online product designer, we highly recommend Antigro Designer. It is more than just an app—it is a valuable business tool that can help you improve your workflow, offer a better customer experience, and create new opportunities for growth. We are extremely grateful for what Antigro Designer has helped us accomplish at Primal Graphx. Without their software and support, we would not have been able to grow and develop our online builder services the way we have. Five stars are well deserved!

You won't find a better product or a better team to support their product than Antigro. This app has single handedly increased our efficiency by 20% and allowed us to streamline our internal processes which has reduced working hours an average of 25%. Here are some keypoints that I have personally experienced using this app and working with the Antigro team: • The app works the way it's supposed to - we very very very rarely experience any issues • The app is EASY to use - it's user friendly and intuitive • The Antigro team helps with the set up making it quick and easy to get up and running • The Antigro team is incredibly innovative - they've identified feature updates that you need before YOU realize you need them • It's affordable - being charged a percentage of the order value rather than a flat fee allows you to include the cost as part of your COG per item so you're able to easily budget I literally cannot think of one negative to using this app or working with the Antigro team. 100% recommend over and over and over again.
