frustrating to navigate and cancelling subscription is difficult to do. Button doesnt do anything when trying to cancel you have to email them and wait to see.

Apliiq is the only shop for clothing I will use. They are quick and friendly especially if you are new. I spoke with Kim in customer service and she was beyond amazing and made this journey and process so quick and easy. The prints come out perfect every time! Before they print your designs they will email you and have you review your product and make will make corrections as needed. And again.. another big THANK YOU to KIM as well as all future members I get to speak with in the future. Thank you for being a great company and being so polite.

I LOVE Apliiq. Before Apliiq I went to 4 different printers (2 online POD, 2 local) and my experience Apliiq has been a positive night and day difference. Have been working with Apliiq for a couple months now. Kim and team have always been responsive and helped with any questions they I’ve had. I’m very new to this business and the brand and the team has been here to walk me through questions as I navigate the sometimes unknown! I very much like that you can schedule a call or talk with them live during business hours. I also like that the design team will confirm and make suggestions based on logo placement, etc. I especially like the private label feature and that Apliiq integrates with both Etsy and Shopify. It’s nice to be able to speak with the same individuals each time too. Have enjoyed working with them and continue to do so!

Unresponsive Support I just started using Apliiq today. After the product was designed, I was able to see that the design was not centered. I did not find any way to edit the design. I used the Live Chat and Kim informed me that I cannot edit a design once it is saved. That alone is a MAJOR flaw. She informed me that I would need to delete the product and start over. What a great waste of time. I was able to delete several colors but one remains. I have been waiting for over an hour now for her to respond as to how to delete the last product. This is extremely disappointing and frustrating. Since their customer service is SO POOR I question whether I will use this site. It is not very user friendly and Printify is easier to use.

Very good experience and they've only gotten better over time. They are always updating their site to be user friendly. The back end Customer service is fantastic, we always get great service from Yash. Front end is sometimes hard to reach and the AI chat bot still has some learning to do. They have many products to choose from so thats nice. I like that we can source (recommend) products but those seem to be costly sometimes. Overall pleased.

I've been with Apliiq only a couple months, but am really satisfied with my choice to work with them. Setting up a drop shipping business can be challenging, particularly with certain aspects of platform integration, and Apliiq has been really responsive and helpful via email. I also appreciate that they reach out to confirm designs for new products and provide suggestions if a design may not look good as is on a product, this type of attention is not available for other print on demand companies.

I reached out because another customer received a drop ship hat with a crooked embroidery on it, I asked Apliiq for a simple replacement and I provided photo evidence with the logo being crooked.. they said I needed to get my customer to send me a pic of them wearing the hat to move forward with the request.. no customer is going to do that after they sent me a pic of the hat on a flat surface... the logo Apliiq embroidered being clearly crooked... whats the point? What a joke after tens of thousands of dollars spent with them... I cant get a simple fix.... YIKES

Overall, we’ve had a good experience with Apliiq. There embroidery is amazing. When the products are in stock, the quality and service have been great. The customer service is great but their designers not so much I was told my design was too complicated to do or did'nt meet their standards which is odd because I've had this same design printed on printful with no issue

I used Printify and Apliiq at the same time starting about a year ago because I needed a shirt style that only Apliiq had. Over multiple orders from both sites, we noticed that the Apliiq shirts came out with much better quality and ultimately switched all our designs over to them. Overall their work is fantastic, and especially ordering bulk shirts for in-person sales you can tell they put care into the packaging and ordering, as opposed to Printify who would just throw stuff into boxes at random. Our only cons: They don't have much small item stuff to help fill a cart like mugs, appropriately priced coozies, or others; their primary focus is clothing. We had an issue with a shirt printing about a year ago and the customer service didn't exactly handle the situation seriously, but since that time we have had probably 10 interactions and were impressed every time and the issue was rectified. The shirt creation process is a little less fluid than Printify, but they have made huge strides in the last year technologically that is helping ease the process. And again, their printing - because that is what truly matters - is fantastic.

The team has been super helpful. Features are great, the product range is wide, and the support really sets them apart. The CS team is awesome. Big shout-out to Pete Lamb and others for the help when things get tricky.

First of all, you can put your own tags on individual, dropshipped orders. So you can start your own clothing brand instantly. This has been awesome as we are a supplement company, we wanted some cool apparel but did not want to invest too much into it as our main focus is obviously our supplements. Second, the team at Apliiq is aweome. Real geniune good people who actually care and want to help. I've messed up designs and orders (100% my fault) and they were kind enough to fix them for me before sending it to my customer, saving my brand from looking bad! We’ve been using Apliiq’s print-on-demand integration with Shopify and overall it’s been a strong experience, especially for brands that care about quality and speed. Connecting Apliiq to Shopify was quick, and pushing products from Apliiq into our store required very little manual work. The interface is clean, and managing products, mockups, and variants feels well thought out. Connectivity and sync speed have been reliable. Orders sync automatically and quickly from Shopify to Apliiq, which removes a lot of operational friction. We haven’t experienced lag, missed orders, or sync issues, which is critical when running live drops or time-sensitive launches. Where Apliiq really stands out is product quality. Apliiq allowed my brother and I to take a logo and an idea from one tee and hat design, to a year later, now over 100 products. It's incredibly intuitive and easy to use and their product selection is second to none. Their customer service is excellent. I've never had an issue that wasn't solved with their assistance. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to start an apparel brand.

Poor Quality & Unresponsive Support I ordered a single sample T-shirt to test Apliiq’s quality before placing a larger order. Unfortunately, the quality and customer service were both disappointing. Issues with the product: • Embroidery: Very loose stitching with visible gaps. Threads look unsecured and likely to unravel. • Branded neck tag: Contains a visible defective line/break in the print. • Rib collar: Unevenly attached at the shoulder, creating a noticeable step/bump instead of a smooth, straight collar. I provided clear photos showing each defect. Customer service experience: • Two emails were sent with no response. • I had to use live chat to get help. • The representative kept asking for additional photos of non-defective areas, despite acknowledging the visible issue. • No refund or meaningful resolution was offered, and a lot of time was wasted. As a brand owner, attention to detail is critical. If this is the result for a single sample, I wouldn’t trust placing a bulk order. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Apliiq.

Though the site doesn't have the most intuitive design system, I would say their accessibility is by far the best!
