Discovering NotFoundBot has been a big win for our online store! Previously, 404 errors were a black hole, we had no idea if or when they were happening and certainly had no idea as to if we were losing potential sales and frustrating potential customers. Since implementing NotFoundBot, it's like having a smart, silent sales assistant who not only fixes these issues in real-time but also provides insightful analytics to prevent them in the future. Intelligems has been one of the most impactful apps on our business we've ever used. Truthfully, intelligems has been more like a partner than an app as we've tested pricing and shipping models. Especially in a time where there are macro trends in the economy, (inflation, conversion rates, shipping costs) determining a proper price point and taking a birds-eye view at all our margins, and staying flexible and adaptable is key to overall profitability.

This app has been great for our coffee subscription. It’s nice to have customers be able to update or change their subscription on their own.
