Easy to set up and navigate I came over from GlossGenius, wishing to avoid their price hikes and limit costs for paying for multiple scheduling services. My website already uses Shopify. I discovered that I could either have a free or upgraded version of scheduling here, very pleased. If you need help, they have a chat person who is an actual human and very responsive.
This app has been amazing for my business. Besides that platform working seamlessly with our site, the developer also made a custom feature for us which has helped us greatly!

An absolute game-changer for my business! Appointly has completely transformed the way I manage bookings for my styling business. My clients can now choose their own dates and times for sessions, eliminating the endless back-and-forth of trying to find a slot that suits everyone. I simply block out the days I’m unavailable, and Appointly takes care of the rest. It’s seamless, efficient and has saved me countless hours of unnecessary admin. One of the best additions I’ve made to my Shopify store. I genuinely cannot imagine running my business without it!

I've used other booking platforms and this is one of the easiest to use - not to mention a great deal - and incorporates right into Shopify. Also, when you do need support, you get an actual person helping you! Highly recommend!
The app integrated easily into my website. The support was instantly there to help with any questions. However, it was pretty straightforward.
I have been using this app for a while now and it does what it says on the can...I am able to book appointments that can either be free or linked to a product and as a charged-for service...it works well. The support is good too, not that I've needed too much support, but just used this for help with one aspect of the app, and they helped me right away and solved what I wanted it to do!
The app is very easy to install and customize to your specifications. Support is also prompt and efficient.

Very easy set up between getting immediate help through chat with the developer and exploring the settings. I do floral preservation and needed a way for customers to schedule their bouquet drop-off to take some back and forth off my plate and this app seems to have everything I could need. It allows you to set up dates, times, windows, etc. and you can do required and optional questions for the client, which is incredibly helpful. I love that it can integrate into my Google calendar so I don't have to manually add everything in when I'm already juggling a lot. It's also one of the more affordable options. Thanks for making a great app!

Does absolutely everything I need it to. Handles appointments, group appointments, team availability, custom questions for waivers, multiple team members, multiple services. And the creator is very responsive and helps with custom logic, usually within a few minutes. Well worth the price, which also isn't even steep.

Apntly is exactly what I was looking for: a beautifully designed, smooth and reliable booking app with a two-way Google Calendar integration, and all at a very reasonable price. But what really sets it apart is Sam. He designed the app himself, runs the customer support himself, and somehow seems to have an answer to every single question I throw at him. Seriously, does this man ever sleep? The app works perfectly, looks great, and does exactly what I need. And on top of that, I got a genuinely lovely and personal contact with the person behind the product.

My First time installing an appointment app to request a demo, whilst installation i had several questions. using the Chat function the response was swift and helpful. nothing was to much trouble. installation was successful i now hope customer can book immediately at their convivence. Give this a go before trying something else.
I'm new to the appointment and service-based industry. Looked at a few booking apps. This one seemed pretty straightforward and had what I needed. Setup was pretty easy, and support was helpful. I'm still in the testing phase, but so far so good!
Brilliant app - very simple to use, does exactly what it's supposed to - no nonsense interfaces that bug or make it hard to navigate. Most importantly, the customer service is absolutely amazing. This app is the base of our website's operation, and whenever I've had something crop up the developer is incredibly quick to reply, gets the job done quickly, and almost always nails it first time. Really impressive app that I now use across two different businesses.

Absolutely Brilliant App. I couldn't run my business without it. I love the calendar feature as it shows all my appointments for me and their times etc. Also I have got suck a couple of times, and I only have to ask through the live chat and I get the help needed. The appointment times I have for my service are also a little odd compared to many others and this app accommodates my needs perfectly. :)

It's a pretty cool app that I'm using for booking classes through my Shopify store. It works well with creating a product and allowing customers to select a time/date that works for them. It's also easy to setup and Sam (support) is very helpful with providing tips for navigation.

This app has helped my small business greatly! It was difficult to manage events and our calendar and after trying several apps, we settled on Appointly. This worked better than the other apps, and the price is definitely worth the value. The developer & support is very quick to respond and have been able to answer any questions I have.

La app es buenísima y si tienes cualquier duda, te responde una persona y te ayuda al minuto. Eso vale oro cuando estás comenzando con tu negocio (no tienes diseñador) y tienes que configurar y diseñar tu tienda por ti mismo.

Just installed and got it up an operating really quickly. Sam was a great support with any questions (usually user error!) and helped me navigate through any issues. Synced seamlessly with our existing calendar and blocked all preexisting bookings automatically!
