We've been running this app for well over a year, it's been reliable and fills our needs. We recently had an issue with someone not being able to make a booking, and within 10 minutes support had looked into it for us and suggested that we check our Google Calendar - sure enough, someone had placed a block on Google which we didn't want. This app has been a game changer for my small one man business, as it takes away the need to constantly answer calls and messages and allows me to get on with my business. I receive an email when an appointment is booked which can go directly into my calendar at a touch of a button. Leo was fantastic and worked along side me as i set up my new appointments.

This is app is so easy to use and does exactly what I needed. Split payments or take payments at the appointment time close the business on particular days take multiple people in the same appointment is awesome since I teach pickleball clinics. Customer service is top notch!

For the price it does a great job turning products into bookable appointments. How new the app is does show in some of the user interface, however the support team are excellent at helping out where needed and how open they are to feedback easily makes up for the few issues the app has

Propel has allowed my new sauna business to launch with the first 3 weekends fully booked. There have been no issues with the software and the powerful notifications and custom product settings are amazing. Their support when setting up the app was very helpful. My customers have commented how easy to use the booking system is. I highly recommend!

I would recommend this app because it’s easy to navigate and setup! I do wish there was an option for my clients to book more than one appointment at once but hopefully they are working diligently to integrate that feature. This is something my clients have requested to make their booking experience easier. The app staff are definitely customer service friendly and helpful and I appreciate that so much!

The Propel Appointments Booking app is fantastic - a big time saver and clients report loving the ease for booking. I love the amazing support they provide. They are fast and comprehensive when I'v had any issues, which have been only twice because the set up was very easy and intuitive to follow.

I use this to book appointments at my jewelry studio. I have been very impressed with how the app works - I can book multiple types of appointments, it synchs to my Google calendar, I can create time between appointments - it is very flexible. It has a great reminder system as well for the clients - email and SMS. I recommend this app! I have also been impressed with the support provided by the team that built the app, they are very responsive to requests.

Just started using this app but i'm very happy with it so far. I used appointio before, but it couldn't do appointments in 5 minute increments so I had to switch to a new app. this one I really like a lot and it seems to work much easier than appointio so far. So I am happy.

Leo is a great help, I'm yet to use the app but with the set up and behind the scenes, Leo has made it very easy to understand. Just one thing that could be added, is a cancellation feature for salons that stops clients from cancelling last minute. Ill re review once I've started using the app

The feature wasn't showing up on our theme, Vantage 2.0. If that happens, don't give up and uninstall, as I was tempted to do. Use the chat and ask for help. Tom was able to fix the issue for us on his end within 5 minutes! We've finally found an appointment booking app we can easily integrate into our site.

Very easy to use this app. When I had a minor issue Leo helped me resolve that issue immediately. Has everything i need.

just amazing - I've used this on a number of my clients stores and now mine and when I had an issue they sort it immediately!

I would not recommend this app, mainly for the customer support. I ask the app's customer service if there was a way I could test the premium plan on a development store without having to approve the charge. They told me it was not possible but that I could pay for it, and if I did not like it I could ask them for a refund since they had a 30 day money-back guarantee. I pay for the plan, tested the app for less than 1 hour, decided that it was not what I was looking for, and proceeded to ask for the refund. Now the app's customer service is telling me that I should talk to Shopify directly, and I have been trying to get the money back for a couple of days. In this sense, I felt misled by the app's customer support, they made it look like it was easy to get a refund if I didn't end up using the app for my production store, but it has not been true so far.

I ♡ how easily this app integrates with my site. When I was having issues with a new theme that was added to the site, Tom from the support chat helped me so fast that I thought I just did not give the system enough time to update. If you have a service-based business and need to set appointments I definitely recommend Propel!

Very disappointing. The developer was very unhelpful with the cart integration. It had issues with the shopping cart display and he refused to assist me. Never encountered this before with any other app integration. Not prepared to pay for this app.
