A great app to use, and it was seamless to receive help. But this review is more about customer service. I am new to the app and the agent helping asked me if I am based in India or another country and proceeds to comment on my physical appearance. I find this extremely unprofessional and disappointing. When someone is using your app and seeking professional support, personal comments like these irrelevant and take away from an otherwise good experience. I hope this is addressed so future interactions remain respectful and focused on the actual support needed.

Hello, First i would like to apologise for the same. We had a talk with our support team and indeed they did have a chat with you. The Appointo app is okay. I'm finding a lot of limitations and seem to always have to upgrade. My chat help has been fantastic though. Everytime I contact them they are quick to answer and solve my issues. They are always pleasant. I just had a great conversation with Karan. He was very helpful.
It’s ok for what you pay. I would like the app to be more ug friendly. A bit complicated with some settings and I have been on touch with support several times. Support was helpful but response was a bit slow. I hope for some better help-videos and faster chat service. Overall a helpful tool to my booking site.
