This app works very well for appointment booking. We've tried several others and so far this is the best one we've found. We had a small technical difficulty that was solved quickly by their support.
Awesome onboarding. Great integration. For Free version is great to get started. Perfect options I see already for later in premium once bookings start to flow. Awesome timely, real-person support! (Customized it to fit shop colour scheme)

I experienced problems with spam, and Appointo worked hard to fix the problem. I am pleased with their commitment to resolving technical issues and providing access to a live, friendly person. They also helped me troubleshoot the problem of my button and calendar being dropped every time I make changes to a page. They are responsive and generous with their time. Very patient as well.
Appointo is AMAZING! I couldn't recommend more. The actual app is seamless and user friendly with awesome integrations. It's perfect for business that need to schedule in their customers. We have used it for a barber shop and it's great. What I found so wonderful is their customer service - 10/10 ! They are so quick to help and sort out issues and the best service I have recieved from on app on Shopify!

He walked me through it so I could understand and I am so happy! I needed this integration. and he was a lifesaver and saved me from getting a migraine trying to do it alone. I cant thank him enough. I started with another app to create a booking calendar and STRUGGLED. I jumped over to Appointo and before I started I reached out to the help desk and asked how to begin. They gave me step by step (with photos) instructions to break down each of my different types of events and it was so easy to follow and plug in. Thank you!
Appointo is a great app, it gives us all the functionality we need for scheduling arts & crafts class events on our Shopify store. I have been using Appointo for a few years and the team has always been very helpful with customization, any issues, and considering new features. Great support. Edited my widget display, talked me through setup and all very prompt responses. Great customer support. App looks really clean aswell and seems to work easily. It isn't confusing like many appointment apps.

Super clever app! We need an app for rental bookings and this one seems to fit our needs quite well. You can upgrade your plan and receive more options but the free plan is pretty good already. Thanks to Shubhankar for the helpful service!
I had an issue that I couldn't figure out with the app, and Shubhankar was so helpful. He was patient and helped me throughout the entire process. This is an outstanding App and we have used it for all sort of events and ticket sales like Tulip Festivals, Pumpkin Festivals, Santas Grotto and more.
