This has been great for my boutique! They scan perfectly with shopify and I love that you can choose the size you need. I ordered barcode stickers on amazon and am able to print them with my Jadens shipping label printer. This is exactly what I was looking for!
I had an issue with the size of my label and the customer support was phenomenal.
I've reached out to the customer support here a few times so that I can get my barcodes just right. They have been TREMENDOUS. Super responsive, they go above and beyond with every conversation and work with me from beginning to end. I love how easy it is to set up these barcodes. Hoping they will resolve some inventory issues. Ivy and Ruby, thank you!
Great app for creating and printing barcode labels directly from Shopify. The setup is straightforward, the label designer is flexible, and it saves us a lot of time when managing our products. The customer support is also excellent. They respond quickly, are very helpful, and assisted us with our label setup when needed. Overall, a reliable and easy-to-use app that I can definitely recommend.

Easy app to set up, amazing customer service. Ivy was so kind and fast to design a specific design for my shop needs, she is very knowledgeable! It is saving us so much time to print directly from Shopify, and keep our labels standardized. Also, I like that it is possible to create endless templates for different scenarios like sales, price comparison, and so many more. Comes with 200 free labels and then very affordable. I am so glad we found this app!
Excellent support for setting up and creating label design
Really happy with this app for printing barcodes for our independent gift shop. We use it to generate barcodes for products that don't already have it and print all our barcodes through it. The customer service has also been really good - thanks to Ivy who helped me most recently. Really recommend.
Customer support (Lucy and Ivy ) were great. Only available during business hours and of course I needed them late at night and on weekends

I tried to get this product to work and tried to get the chat support to answer but nothing happened. then I was instructed to buy the yearly subscription which I stupidly did. I cannot use this product. It did not save a label file that I spent hours working on. I want a refund please. I cannot use this app.
Was really impressed with how versatile the app is, as my requirements were not able to be achieved with a few of the other apps I tried previously, as well as their customer service is amazing.

Regardless of whether it's operator error on my end, the customer service and support is amazing. I always get a resolution for any of the issues I may have.
so far so good. You can create your preferred design, which is great with my small labels.
I just started using this app and it works really well, so far. Easy to use. Edit: I had a problem with printing small labels and Ivy was a great help in walking me through what my issue could be. I had spent a good amount of time trying to figure it out on my own. It was a simple fix but Ivy knew exactly how to get my labels printed properly. Great job!
Super helpful! Installed the app but had trouble with printing labels and scanning barcodes. They were able to help me step by step to get everything working.
Installed the app, the support i recieved was oustanding and got me going in no time. I also found their templates so much more easier to configure than other products i tested which was what won me over. Jay from the support team was so helpful, great job.

They have a great customer service, anytime you need help the chat is always there. Any of my questions were answered and that greatly helped our store achieve an easier flow.
What an amazing support team. I was hesitant to start the chat as you do not get decent service nowadays. However I had no choice. within minutes my problem was solved. Ivy was on top of my issue. she quickly assisted in creating a label linked to my account specifically and stayed online while a ran test prints. Took a little while to work out but once I did it was great. I used the inbuilt chat support and they were fantastic!

I had trouble with my printer settings, and Monica remotely fixed the problem for me and made sure I was able to successfully complete the tasks on my own. Her help was greatly appreciated and made it super easy for me to use this app to print barcodes for my boutique. Highly recommend!!
I installed this app, but had a small problem getting it quite right. Connected to MS Barcode by chat line with Li who spent a lot of time to fix. Connected to my computer to fix the settings and the app works exactly how I expected it to. I have found it hard to get help with most Shopify apps Thanks Li 5 stars
Support is great 5/5, as the issue I face already been solved. The application feature is good as well as it is free, and unlimited to generate.
