Excellent App with Outstanding Support! We sell across 13 different platforms, each with its own commission rates and shipping costs, so finding the right solution was important for us. The support team was incredibly helpful from the start. They arranged a meeting right away, took the time to understand our requirements, and got straight to work on a solution tailored to our needs. On top of that, the app offers excellent value for money. We’re really impressed with both the app and the service and would definitely recommend it to other sellers!

We started using Bloom recently, and our first impression has been fantastic. The platform offers an incredible amount of useful data and insights that can help us make smarter business and marketing decisions. What impressed me even more was the customer support. They helped us with the initial setup and even agreed to make some custom adjustments for our needs that aren't part of the standard tool. It's still early days for us, but so far, both the platform and the team behind it have exceeded our expectations. Really excited to explore its full potential!

About two weeks into using the app. This could be a total breakthrough in the precision of profitably scaling. The automated email analyses are a nice touch for keeping an eye on things, and almost limitless drilldowns to support strategic decisions. Highly customizable and outstanding support.

We tried a few different profit analytics apps before landing on Bloom, and they were the only one flexible enough to handle our shipping, handling, and fulfillment cost setup the way we actually run it. Bloom also lets us calculate costs separately for our Shopify and Amazon stores, something we couldn't find anywhere else. The granular order settings are a standout too: being able to include/exclude orders by status or tag has been extremely handy for us. Their support team has been genuinely willing to adjust report calculations based on our feedback. We're still working through a few things with them, but they consistently listen and apply what we ask for. Recommended!

A great, very affordable app with highly efficient and responsive customer service

Amazing app to get more insight in your financials. Very detailed on different levels. And it has really nice integration with all marketing platforms (meta, google, reddit, etc.), so it gives you a nice overview of your overall marketing statistics. Also, the support is really fast and helpful!

We have only started using this App and it's proved to be a game changer. We are only a small business and struggled to have proper Dashboard reporting where everything can be seen in one place. Bloom has resolved this for us. I can't recommend it enough. The devs are also one of the most accomodating dev teams I have come across. Resolving any issue we had, giving us the changes we require and answering all questions we have. I can highly recommend this App.

Really liking this app so far. There were some formula changes I wanted to make to align with our internal KPI metrics, the support team accommodated those changes without any issues and quickly. Our sales team will be using this app to track daily contribution margins to ensure we're remaining profitable after ad spend. Worth giving it a try.

Excellent on every level. We switched to Bloom to replace TrueProfit and Triple Whale because they weren’t customizable enough for our COGS calculations. The Bloom team even implemented custom functionality specifically for our use case, which was a huge help. Their pricing is also much more competitive. Overall, it’s an excellent SaaS. The only thing missing is the mobile app—once that’s available, it’ll be perfect.

Such a great tool as it covers key needs to keep track of our online business. So far it has been easy to use, while offering in depth numbers and statistics. It offers great guides and tips and the UI is very accessible. The support team are also one of the most helpful and accommodating team I have had the please to encounter. Looking forward to diving even deeper and Bloom can only be recommend.

Bloom has been a great addition to our Good-Lite workflow. It has helped us consolidate our reporting in one place, making it much easier to track performance, review key data, and keep everything organized. The app is practical, easy to use, and has made our reporting process much cleaner and more efficient.

I am only in the process of setting up Bloom on our website, so I will update in due course, but meanwhile the support is unbelievably good. They respond immediately on webchat. I asked for Paypal fees to show and they sort it in a couple of days. I asked for Mailchimp to be linked, it was done overnight. Fabulous service.

very helpful. they are open to everything. Shopify does not give you a good overview of your net profit. With this app everything is much clearer and more organized. The price for subscription is also better than the competitors

So far I am loving the Bloom app! We migrated from Lifetimely, and it is comparable, but a way better value. The Bloom team is very responsive, and they are eager to build out more integrations and features. I am recommending this app to everyone with a Shopify store—its a no brainer.

This app is exactly what I was looking for to calculate my true profit and loss including all of my order handling, shipping and ad costs. The team has been SO incredibly helpful and has saved me so much time. I'm not spending all of it making my own spreadsheets. HIGHLY recommend! Must-have tool, yet at a very affordable price. It gives you all the financial numbers and insights you need to help improve profitability, that would be very difficult to produce manually.
