I hunted through dozens of other apps to find what I was looking for, but this one does exactly what I need. For a free app, I was expecting it to be a bit "raw" around the edges but it's highly polished and easy to use. And I couldn't believe it when they implemented a suggested feature I requested within 1 hour! Superb.

I was searching for an app to add different fees. 1 mandatory fee for orders less than xxx and 1 voluntary fee xxx to get a longer period where people can return the products (For gifts etc.) I needed a little customisation since the app is still being developed, but the result is great and the support i received is great, in fact they implemented new features due to my requests. Best recommendations from me.

Use it for gift wrap fees mostly. Set it up once and honestly forgot about it, which is a good sign lol.

I asked a question in the chat about a function that I was hoping the app would have (Being able to add a fee by sales market) and was informed that it did not have that function but it was a good idea that they would impliment. I got an email only a few hours later telling me that the function was now there. Cannot fault the help and support
