zoko is the best app for whats app api marketing, the whole process of onboarding is also smooth unlike other apps where you have to do the api connections all by yourself, they also helped me with the business manager setup. on the app side, the user interface of the app is very easy to use, and the automation flows/abandoned checkouts and broadcast features are very customisable with over 100 different customer segments that the app makes for you already.
completely fraud services please monitor your account properly or they bills you in lacs of rupees no proper customer support I was suffering with one issue. very rude response. they will waste your time they abuse with bad words such a unproffesional app I have ever seen

Pretty expensive as compared to the other such apps. handling an extra dashboard seems like an effort to me, features and support doesn't justify the prices. Had a higher expectation.

We were looking for a good WhatsApp communication and this one did the job. The setup was straight forward and customer support team was quick to respond. There is big price advantage, which matters a lot when the volume of message grow. The app is fairly new in the market and I hope they maintain the feature smoothness and support quality.

I had a great experience using this app to create a mega menu and enhance the overall look of my website. It’s easy to use and delivers exactly what I needed. At one point, I faced an issue where the menu was not appearing, so I reached out to the support team. Helen assisted me and resolved the issue very quickly. Her support was prompt and helpful. As someone who doesn't understand a line of code and cannot develop their backend system under a budget, shipturtle is nothing short of a blessing.
