Buzzbassador has worked really well for our company, and we've been able to enroll new, productive affiliates as a result. And the one time we had an issue, Buzzbassador was surprisingly (and refreshingly ) responsive, and solved the issue quickly. We've tried other platforms, but we're going to stick with Buzzbassador.

I've tried a few affiliate marketing platforms and this one is by far the best! It's super easy to use & customize for my program's needs. I signed up for the Discovery Service and the customer service I have received has been amazing! Our experience with Buzzbassador has been fantastic. We did lots of research on different platforms, did lots of trials, and found Buzzbassador to be the best fit for us. The support we received from Shelby during our setup and launch was excellent. She's smart, knowledgeable, and very responsive. The tools and templates in BB were exactly what we needed and the end product looks very professional. The option to switch to different monthly packages as needed for more (or less) support is a plus. Also, no long-term contract. That's huge. Several of the competitors we considered had 1 year contracts. BB is a great fit for what we are doing, and we'd highly recommend them.

Buzzbasador was a perfect solution to replace what we were using, Share A Sale, as it has more features to activate ambassadors. There team has been hands on in helping us get everything set up to match our brand aesthetics.

Used this app to help organize my ambassador program - and it blew my expectations out of the water! The customer service is AMAZING, the layout is very user friendly, & it helps so much that buzzbassador takes care of the calculations & payouts so I don’t have to do it manually anymore!

Shopify has new apps everyday popping up...always with similar functionality and purpose --- you can go down rabbit holes easily trying to find apps that are a fit for your business. But, when I found Buzzbassador I was currently using Smilie.io -- which served my purpose of rewards & loyalty program for my customers...but, i didn't understand I was new to E-commerce and needed help onboarding and training...Well Buzzbassador Did. I quickly made the switch and couldn't be happier and confident that I'm maximizing all the value in the platform. So far setup has been a breeze. They give you every resource you need to get your Ambassador program up & running smoothly and the customer service is top notch. Avian, my service rep was amazing. Loving this app so far!

I've used this app to get my brand going for ambassadors. I only gave it 4 stars because it's more of a do it yourself program to get your ambassador thing off the ground at this point. But they are always looking at ways to improve and add to their services. Plus the thing that I love is really their customer service. If I ever get stuck or have questions, their team is quick to talk with me and help me through stuff. If you're looking at getting into brand ambassadors, buzzbassador is a great platform to get you started!

I use this app to help me manage all of my brand ambassador. It is a great way of keeping track of all their sales and payouts. Just wish there were more analytics I can view like maybe AOV or reach or similar metrics.

We are really happy with the buzzbassador App! It's very easy to use and it offers great possibilities to scale our Ambassador program. The customer service is what I like the most about the program, as they are answering in such a short time and are always available and helpful. The basic plan for ca. 35€ is great to start with and has everything you need to receive new Ambassador applications, maintain them, keep an overview and track their sales. There are no annoying restrictions in the basic plan that prevent you from using the app on a daily basis. We have been using the app for over 3 months now and are really happy. We have many ideas for more features and have already discussed them with the Buzzbassador team. They are already adding some features and are always open to suggestions. Overall: great app! I can recommend it!

Buzzbassador helped us automate what was a very manual ambassador program which allowed us to grow our ambassador list 3x since adding Buzzbassador. The integration into our Shopify Plus account was easy and all the coupon codes are automated and changes are made and effective instantaneously. The interface is beautiful and very user-friendly. Each time I needed additional help navigating the app, the support staff was quick to respond with a solution or recommendation (huge shout out to AK, our amazing support rep at Buzzbassador!). Lastly, it is clear how much this company values the feedback of their users. I needed a couple of changes to our application form which at the time were features they did not have but within a couple of weeks, Shelby responded back to me directly that they made that change and updated our form. In addition, the founder and CEO took the time to connect with me directly to discuss my company's experience with using the app. I am PROUD to be using Buzzbassador and look forward to all to come in 2022!

This is the BEST customer service I've ever experienced with an app... Shelby and Calvin on the support team have answered all of my questions kindly and quickly (and I mean QUICK, they always respond within that same minute which is simply unheard of).

No free trial offer, no refund, complicated UXUI, expensive and not user friendly. Definitely not worth for pay wouldn't recommend it!

Great idea. Make sure you are 100% sure you want to download the app because you won't be able to test it out. I downloaded the app and deleted after 20 minutes after quickly figuring out it didn't have the ability to customize as much as I needed it to. I thought id let any future store owners know this before they go and take a risk! overall a great app with a great support staff.

I've been loving the communication/customer support that Buzzbassador has been giving myself and the company! We're excited for the possibilities that this app can provide our business. We've been looking for an ambassador app like this for about a year, something we can really have control over and knowledge on who is interested in our ambassador program.
