Our store has been using Buzzbassador since 2021 and it's worked perfectly for our needs. The Buzzbassador team has really elevated our experience and makes all the difference. Calvin the CEO and his team are super responsive, always work out any issues we have, and have taken feedback to implement amazing new updates. Highly recommend giving them a try!
App itself is fine. There is no support. Developers did not read my email and asked me to explain the problem again then took a month to reply to my email.

Hi there, I have no idea what went wrong here, did I reply to your email? we are available daily on live chat, and try to help everyone as soon as possible, however we can only help you if we have the needed information, so if anyone asked for an explanation then I expect we did not have enough information to help you. If you have any questions you can email me directly on thomas.lang@tom-it.nl
I would give it zero stars if I could. Very unclear instructions and when I went to stop and restart the sale it removed all items from my sale collection. Removed tags from my shopify site that it did not put there. Now having to manually enter over 1000 product tags. Nothing they can do. One of the biggest sale days of the year ruined.

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for any frustration this may caused you. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we are constantly working on making our apps better.
I just downloaded this app to allow our clients to save a wishlist of their fave items. I was having trouble setting it up on my own, but the support was SUPER FAST and quick and easy. App looks great and so far, seems to work great.
