Enzuzo Data Privacy

Have been doubled charged from Shopify side and their own website for over 2 years. Be careful when you subscribe to them. Contacted support and followed up as they said they would look into it. Received no answer or help. App is great, but bad support.

Overall very happy with the app it does more than I expected, I was looking to update my privacy policy, however I ended up changing all my policies at the same time. Very easy to make the needed changes looking forward to see new features.

Getting a store set up is very expensive and I appreciate anything that is FREE. I had to skip past many things because of trying to get me to Upgrade many times. I hope I have what I need to be in compliance.

So far what I've used and learned has been fairly easy. You can customize and change what you want. You don't have to use coding if you don't want to or don't know how.

Easy setup. Got the job done. Easy setup. Got the job done. Easy setup. Got the job done.Easy setup. Got the job done.Easy setup. Got the job done.Easy setup. Got the job done.Easy setup. Got the job done.

Paid for Starter Subscription. Cookie consent banner didn't work. Support takes several days to reply. Says 25+ languages, but only 1 language present. Didn't respond to my refund request.

very easy set up, hassle free. plus they have a free plan, no pressure to upgrade. definitely recommended.

How on earth do I add a custom bit of copy to the Privacy Policy? Instructions and the ability to do things like this seem very lacking. I upgraded my plan because it said I could customize it.... so ... how do we do that? I also see no way to contact the company from within the app, so I have to post my Q in a review? Happy to change this review if I get an answer...

It's very easy and simple to set up. I highly recommend them good one services provider for business polices.

Good app. I was looking for an app that was able to include the standard coockie management of my site. Easy and simple in its use. Settable on all site needs and styles. I recommend it

It's very easy and simple to set up. I highly recommend them good one services provider for business polices.

Danke.

Incredible support! I had some additional wishes to modify my cookie banner and I experienced 1 on 1 support for 2 days where every single one of my individual requests was met. These guys don't shy away from putting in work themselves to make their customers happy, I certainly am.

I use this app for the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service and Cookie Banner. All of which were easy to set up. i did have some cookie related questions regarding the banner settings and Tim was great with responding quickly and clarifying some things for me, I highly recommend this app!

I used this app to help with policies and cookies. great app easy to use and works well with shopify

Hello, thank you for your feedback, we understand you would like Italian policies on a free plan, however that is only available on our starter plan. Our starter plan is very competitively priced, and packed with features.

So far, so good! Very easy to set up. It's sleek and keeps everyone happy and safe. What's not to love? Thank you for the awesome feedback! We're glad you're enjoying Enzuzo.

The setup for the cookies banner, privacy policy and terms of service was extremely easy. A great app to add to your site.

Consigliata.

Well that was about the easiest set up of a privacy policy, terms of service and cookie banner I've ever used! We're so happy to hear that! Our main goal is to make data privacy compliance easy for our customers.

Great app overall, simple, fast and effective. Used fot Terms of Service, GDPR (italian version, always a bit complicated to set) and cookies. Never a problem.

I've checked all the apps for GDPR compliancy and this is by far the best one! It also compiles the Term of Services and Privacy Policies for you, at a very reasonable price. I contacted the online help a couple of times, and the answers were helpful and quick. 100% recommended. Thank you for the great review! We're glad you're enjoying Enzuzo and the team is happy to help anytime.

I am using this app for the privacy policy banner. It was very easy to set up with helpful fast customer support through chat and email. And banner looks great.

Wow!!! This data privacy compliance and CCPA app are the best you can find. Easy setup and looks great on the website.

Great app to cover all data privacy-related requirements: from having a cookie banner on your website to providing templates for all the necessary policies (Privacy Policy, Terms of Service) websites must have to be legally compliant. On top of that, responsive customer service and easy to modify layout. Thank you for the fantastic review! We're glad you're enjoying Enzuzo. 🎉

In a day and age where privacy is so important, we are really glad to find an app that helps us take this worry away and allows us to focus on providing an exceptional customer experience. We also weren't aware of the changing regulations and potential fines, which is nice to know we can rest easy without that hanging over our heads. Thanks for this excellent solution!

The support team was very helpful and worked around the clock to fix a styling issue. Everything now works perfectly and as expected.

The Enzuzo app makes complying to GDPR & CCPA privacy laws incredibly easy. It gives me the confidence that our privacy policies are always up to date and provides the tools needed for responding to privacy requests within just a few clicks. Highly recommend. Handling privacy polices/requests is now one less thing I have to worry about as a business owner freeing up my time to do other things :)

This Privacy Policy page is much more clear than one I could create myself and helps me feel confident when it comes to privacy in my store. The data privacy request dashboard is perfect for GDPR and CCPA compliance. The team was also excellent with helping me with any questions I had!

This is definitely a lifesaver! Before Enzuzo, I was worried about how I would effectively deal with customers' inquiries and requests regarding their privacy and data. Now, I feel at ease, because of Enzuzo taking care of this for me! They also have a great tool to help you create a privacy policy that is compliant as well! Love it!
