We’ve been using the Charge Me Later, Wholesale app for a while now, and it’s an important part of how we manage our account clients. It does exactly what we need, allowing us to offer account payment to specific B2B clients alongside our regular clients. What has really stood out is the support. Ankit and the Buddy Apps Team have been incredibly helpful and always quick to respond. Whenever we’ve needed something adjusted or had a question, he’s been onto it straight away and is super helpful and informative, even when it's turned out to be an issue caused by Shopify or some factor external to the app. We highly recommend this app for any Shopify store managing accounts or needing flexible payment options. Very happy with both the App and Buddy Apps as a developer. The app works well and while maybe doesn't have some of the bells and whistles of the other B2B apps it does exactly what we need which is an alternate pricing view per customer, and ability to offer proforma/invoice (pay later) ordering, again for specific customers. While some the look and feel of the checkout page and the pay later dropdown could be tweaked I have no doubt the Buddy Apps team would do this. They have been beyond helpful, responsive same day, and would do as they say which to me is important. They are also skilled at broader Shopify coding and have been a brilliant partner touching up some elements of our site.

We have been using this app for 4+ years and will continue to use it, as it is an essential component of our online store for our specific customers payment needs as we needed to give our customers direct access to pay later for their orders and this app offers the perfect functionality for it, plus more. It saves a lot of time over manually billing customers, because we all know that time is money! Simple setup, zero issues and if you need any help, the support team is really fast, helpful and efficient. I would absolutely recommend this app to all with all of it's unique features.

This is a pretty straightforward app that bypasses the untouchable Shopify checkout path and allows for payment-less orders to be placed, according to your own account level access stipulations (keywords). Additionally, you can specify item discounts for special buying groups when placing orders this way. What a great tool for supporting your sales team! Considering the amount of time wasted manually keying-in Net Terms orders, and the very responsive customer service for inquiries or help, the monthly subscription fee is quite reasonable.

A brilliant App that works perfectly with our online shop and allows us to easily manage several custom pricelists for our customers, and offer the ability for trade accounts to place an order and pay later! Great app and great support! We are not able to calculate shipping before we package and weigh orders so this app allows us to have folks checkout instantly and pay after we add shipping in and send an invoice. This 2 part system has worked quite well for us and without it we would probably not have a very functional store. We've needed some support on this app and they are quick to respond and have helped us understand how the app works and what can be customized to fit our business better.

This app was a LIFE SAVER for us. After migrating over to Shopify, we struggled to find a way to accept orders but allow our customers to PAY LATER. Most Pay Later apps do it in installments, and we wanted a customer to go through the entire checkout process, and then to be charged later on their own timeline. THIS APP saved our life. Not just that, but Ankit was so great in working through all the problems that we had. Great app and great customer service.

At first, the app didn't display and work the way we wanted, but thanks to Ankit, now the app works well. He makes sure to adjust each point we send him until it works and displays exactly what we want. We are happy with the system and it seems to work well.

Just installed this app and starting to use it. Simple, straight-forward and does exactly what we need it to. Works great, we always wanted to offer our B2B customers an option to charge on account on our website. This is a vers effective and cheap way of doing it (no need to develop intergation between shopify and the ERP). When the customer calls us for the first time, we just need to add the tags to their customer account in shopify, they refresh their cart and boom, they can complete the order without paying. We were even able to put some automatic discounts based on the tags (i.e. 15%).

This app is great, my store had a lot of trouble trying to find an app that met our particular needs until we found Charge Me Later, Wholesale app. The support was quick to answer our questions and helped for free to set up some of the features. When we did need something custom done, they were able to do it and at a reasonable rate.

May2023 update: trying to remove app and it breaks my checkout. CML team had to make customizations to get it to work right therefore removal is not working. Frustrating as many emails attempts were made to confirm uninstall would work. Needed special assistance from CML team to remove June 2022 UPDATE: you might need several customizations however they are very responsive.. ORIGINAL REVIEW: One of the only options in the App Store however beware that you will have an issue with customer notes not pushing to the CML order. CML has its own notes section later in the checkout process and and notes added in the native Shopify cart are lost. The team has a fix for this however you will need to ask them to implement the special code modifications for you and can be lost with any theme updates. The fix should not be custom code, it should be permanently fixed within their App however the team is very responsive at implementing the custom change. Ankit has helped get these issues resolved.

I installed this app on 4/18. Upon installing the app I noticed how the grammar and spelling errors throughout lend to confusion on what needs to go into a given field. The way it’s worded could mean a few different things. Next, I saw that you need to edit and paste code into a line to get payment methods to show up, in my case a net30 pay later. It gives a screen shot of where the code needs to be pasted, but that section doesn’t exist in my code. I’m not sure if it’s a theme issue, or if instructions were written prior to an update, but I cannot paste the code where it tells me. I emailed support the same day, 4/18, and I never heard back from the developer. They only give a 4-day free trial, so here I am at full 4 days and no response. I’m uninstalling the app since I’ve received no customer service whatsoever, and I’m definitely not paying $10 just to see if it might work for our needs when I can’t get any support response. Beyond that, I suggest you have someone go over your app and fix all the confusing grammar, and the spelling mistakes so at least it looks more professional and is less confusing. I’d also recommend more than a 4-day free trial. Standard seems to be 7-14 days. If I had a week or two maybe we could've gotten somewhere.

This app allows us to streamline the checkout for our customers who pay on account, and who we then invoice at a later date. The app support team are extremely helpful and are quick to respond. Charge Me Later has worked very well for us in taking orders and allowing us to charge customers when their product is ready for shipping. This app never worked quite right. I was trying to use it to do pre-orders, and somehow the app did not prevent people from using the "Buy it Now" button and bypassing the draft order page. This resulted in me having to refund the orders that made it through, and eat the ~2% credit card fee charged by Shopify. I contacted support, who to their credit, responded pretty quickly. They asked for access to my site and made some code changes. Things seemed to be working for a little while but then today out of the blue our checkout button stopped working. I removed the Charge Me Later app, and restored my theme to how it was before their changes. Voila! my site is working once again. I have no idea how many sales I lost because of this.
