Powerful app, but very difficult to use for a non-developer person. Not user friendly, but gets the job done. Just takes forever for a typical Shopify owner, unless you have coding background and/or tons of experience navigating the Flow app.

MRP has done a super solid job for us. We're a food manufacturing company with with about 30 skus, about 100 raw material inputs and about 30,000 units produced monthly. Half of our business is selling to wholesale distributors, half is Shopify. MRP helps us stay organized and automated. QBO and Shopify integrations have been seamless. We've used a comparable software before, but MRP has been more user-friendly and more cost competitive. Our accountant was able to setup our whole QBO-Shopify-MRP automated system from scratch and without any difficulty without having any prior experience with MRP. The customer service and technical support is truly excellent and helpful. The only feature we are missing is "auto-assembly." Meaning that as our "Unit" inventory gets low, we would like MRP to automatically assemble "Unit" inventory out of core skus, which are in "Cases." Right now we have to do it manually and it's a weekly process that takes 1-2hrs. I feel confident that MRP will create this feature in the near future though. Overall, highly recommend them. Just installed this app and starting to use it. Simple, straight-forward and does exactly what we need it to. I needed to default my payment to Pay Later, have the app automatically create Orders (rather then jus order Drafts) and redirect my Pop Up cart to Pay Later checkout. The app support was super helpful and got this done for me overnight. A+ experience so far.

Super solid app with great support. Reliable and gets the job done. Support helped us install and ensured that all settings were done correctly. Highly recommend. We use the app to simply pull all our Amazon orders into Shopify, so that we can fulfill from there, assign Amazon orders to different fulfillment centers, as well as have all analytics for Ecomm+Amazon in one place. The only opportunity for improvement is the cost. I wish the app was like $24/month instead of $49. But it gets the job done well and that's the most important.

Very well designed app with second-to-none support. We migrated our subscriptions from WooCoomerce. The migration was challenging and cumbersome, but Appstle team did their maximum to assist us every step of the way. The app wasn't exactly a love at first sight, because the navigation inside of admin panel is not super user-friendly. But after a few weeks on the platform and getting our bearings, we're really loving it. Fantastic customization of the user portal. Seamless and well thought-out integration with Shopify. Many thoughtful functions (like "view customer portal") that make providing great customer service easy and effective. The best part might be Appstle's Support. 24/7 with truly caring and knowledgeable folks with deep understanding who will answer any question within minutes. The price is also right, compare to other subscription apps that are just not worth the value. I highly recommend this app.

This app is a life saver! Works flawlessly. We have 2 fulfillment centers, one on the West and one on the East Coast. For inventory tracking and forecasting purposes, we need to know what warehouse an order ships from. Shopify has Locations functionality, but amazingly no way to automatically assign a Location to an order based on State or Zip. I've been searching for an app that could automatically do this seemingly super basic and super essential function for a loooong time and finally this is it. This app had no reviews, so I was hesitant, but it works perfect and does exactly what we need. A+++! We're very glad you decided to take a chance on us and leave us our very first review!
