Chaty Chat Buttons & WhatsApp

Customer service from Chaty has been absolutely amazing! Very helpful and make sure I have everything I need. We have WhatsApp, Email and Phone on our website and they have been very useful. I was a little annoyed when the cycle stopped mid month, but I've realised that is due to being on the free plan. (the amount of visitors could be a little higher seeing as it has nothing to do with the amount of clicks on the widget) Overall a brilliant app! Highly recommend! LINEのフローティングボタンを設置するためにこのアプリを導入しました。設定画面は英語でしたがビジュアル的にもわかりやすく使いやすかったです。設定時、ウィジェットがPC版では表示されるが、スマホ版では表示されない状況となりましたが、問い合わせのチャットで質問したところ、同日中に対応頂きアップデートされ、問題なく表示されるようになりました。Google翻訳を使用してのチャットでしたが、きちんと対応頂けたため、無事使用でき良かったと思います。
