Chaty is easy to use and makes it simple for customers to contact us directly through WhatsApp. The widget works well on our Shopify store, and the customer support team is excellent! They responded quickly and helped me resolve an issue with the widget. Really appreciate their friendly and helpful service. Highly recommended!

Customer service from Chaty has been absolutely amazing! Very helpful and make sure I have everything I need. We have WhatsApp, Email and Phone on our website and they have been very useful. I was a little annoyed when the cycle stopped mid month, but I've realised that is due to being on the free plan. (the amount of visitors could be a little higher seeing as it has nothing to do with the amount of clicks on the widget) Overall a brilliant app! Highly recommend! If there's no stars I will choose it , you don't even deserve a star. The app pushes upgrade requests almost immediately and appears to count store visits even when it isn't being used. This makes the usage tracking seem inaccurate and misleading. I was very disappointed with the experience. We’re very sorry to hear about your experience. The usage you described is not what we want our customers to encounter, and we’d appreciate the opportunity to investigate what happened. In some cases, automated or bot traffic to a website may affect visit tracking, but we would need to review your store’s data to confirm the cause. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Despite contacting customer service several times with specific questions, I only received generic responses and no practical solution or real support. Considering the price, I expected much better support, so I do not recommend it. We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. Expensive for what it does. Didn't work for us though as widgets wouldn't display correctly. Supports attitude was poor, not friendly, not emphatic, instead uninterested - didn't appear to reading what I was writing in the chat. Definitely not on a par with the support from other apps we have installed. ***EDIT*** In response to the developers reply. They did reach out to us after we uninstalled the app and we informed them that we had moved on and didn't require any further assistance. Following that, all their follow-ups were asking us to change our review which we did ignore - in the end we had to ask them to stop sending them. Hi, thank you for the update. We’re sorry again that Chaty didn’t meet your expectations, both with the widget display issue and with your support experience. When you first reached out, our team did respond and tried to help troubleshoot the issue. After the app was uninstalled, we followed up again hoping to better understand what happened and see if there was anything we could do to improve your experience. That said, we understand that you had already moved on, and we’re sorry if the follow-ups felt excessive or uncomfortable. All good so far. Just downloaded the app. All works as it should. Good customisation and super easy to use. Support very quick. Just wanted something simple to allow customers to email or WhatsApp any questions.

App fantastica, che prevede un piano gratuito con le potenzialità di uno a pagamento. Con il piano a pagamento si può personalizzare ancora di più ma è già super efficiente. Servizio di assistenza da 10 stelle, veloci, professionali, gentili e preparati. Che dire, io non sono più abituato a tutto ciò quindi consigliatissima!
